PURPOSE: A trocar apparatus is provided to perform a comfortable and safe surgical operation by effectively securing an operation space. CONSTITUTION: A trocar apparatus comprises: a trocar unit(100); a guide unit(200) which is combined with the trocar unit and guides insertion and location of the trocar unit; and a balloon unit which is equipped in the trocar unit, is swollen by fluid injected through the guide unit, fixes the location of the trocar unit, and lifts the womb of a patient.

PURPOSE: A manipulator for a surgical operation is provided to supply power to a surgical operating unit by connecting the surgical operating unit and a driving unit with a plurality of wires and interposing a main unit between the surgical operating unit and the driving unit. CONSTITUTION: A surgical operating unit(100) grips and cuts the tissues of a surgical part. A driving unit(300) provides tension to a wire. A main unit(500) is interposed between the surgical operating unit and the driving unit. The main unit includes a body unit(320) which is successively extended along the insertion path inside a human body. A fluid supply unit(900) provides fluid pressure to the main unit.

PURPOSE: A surgery machinery is provided to increase the convenience of a surgical operation of an operator by securing an operation range in a surgical site while preventing collision. CONSTITUTION: In a surgery machinery, a body(100) has a pair of tubes and accommodates a plurality of wires therein. A pair of arms are installed in one side of the body respectively and are connected to the plural wire. The arms are moved according to the tension of the wire. A pair of operation units(600) are installed in the arms and is connected to one of the wires, and they grip and cut a surgical site according to the tension of the wire. A pair of driving units are connected to the plural wire and apply a tension force.

PURPOSE: A suturing device for a surgery is provided to minimize undesired damage to a tissue due to a suture needle by rotating the suture needle firstly to pressure a target to be sealed and rotating it secondly to insert the suture needle. CONSTITUTION: A suturing device for a surgery includes a body(100), a surgery operating unit(200), and a driving unit(300). The body has a wire hole receiving first and second wires. The surgery operating unit is arranged in one side of the body and receives a suture needle to press a target area to be sealed through a first rotation and to penetrate the suture needle into the target area by a second rotation. CONSTITUTION: A hemostatic clip(10) includes a clip body(11) and a pair of bending units(13a,13b) and stops the bleeding by clipping the outer side of the bleeding part at a blood vessel. PURPOSE: A surgical apparatus for a TEM(Transanal Endoscopic Microsurgery) is provided to easily extend a surgical part by securing a surgical vision through the rotation of a barrel part. CONSTITUTION: A main body(100) has an endoscope insertion port and a surgical instrument insertion port. A surgical instrument port rotates independently of the endoscope insertion port. A rotating unit(200) is rotatably combined with the end of the main body. An endoscope and a surgical instrument pass through the rotating unit. A barrel part(300) is combined with the end of the rotating unit. The barrel part is inserted into the anus of a patient to form a guide path of the endoscope and the surgical instrument.
