    Abstract: The present invention relates to a heat dissipating device for a driving motor for a hybrid vehicle. According to the present invention, a cooling flow channel is arranged closely to a rotor inside an axis of rotation to enable heat exchanges inside the rotor and to enhance a cooling effect of the center of the rotor. Therefore, not only the coercive force and the magnetic flux density of an easily demagnetized part are increased but also motor output is increased. The temperature of the easily demagnetized part of the prior driving motor was high due to lack of heat dissipation.
