    Abstract: PURPOSE: A ginseng(raw ginseng) quality evaluation method using near-infrared rays is provided to enhance the stability with respect to a quality standard of ginseng by rapidly measuring a density of a structure and saponin content of the ginseng referred to a quality evaluation of the ginseng at the same time. CONSTITUTION: A ginseng quality evaluation method using near-infrared rays is as follows. Near-infrared rays are irradiated to ginseng(S110). A density of a structure and saponin content of the ginseng are calculated from the reflectance of the near-infrared rays(S140). A wavelength of the near-infrared rays is over 974nm and less 932nm.

    Abstract translation: 目的：提供一种使用近红外线的人参（人参）质量评价方法，通过快速测定人参的结构和皂苷含量的密度，提高人参的质量标准的稳定性，参照质量评价 人参在同一时间。 构成：使用近红外线的人参质量评价方法如下。 近红外线照射人参（S110）。 根据近红外线的反射率计算人参的结构和皂苷含量的密度（S140）。 近红外线的波长在974nm以上，932nm以下。

A health food composition for improving brain function contains the compound of structural formula 1. The health food composition is manufactured in the form of granule, beverage, gum or tea.
