Abstract: The present invention relates to a dielectric composition and multi-layered ceramic electronic parts using the same. The present invention provides the dielectric composition which includes dielectric grains with a perovskite structure represented by ABO3, wherein the dielectric grains have a core-shell structure and the amount of additives for the shell part in the core-shell structure is 15 % or less when compared to the average value of the additives. The multi-layered ceramic electronic parts using the dielectric composition according to the present invention has improved reliability and can secure a high dielectric constant.

Abstract: A component stacked with a built-in type upper/lower electrode and a method for fabricating the same are provided to realize desired capacitance band, by forming an internal electrode pattern of a plurality of stacked ceramic sheets with a different overlapping area according to the capacitance. A first via hole(22) and a second via hole(21) connecting the first internal electrode pattern and the second internal electrode pattern respectively are formed on the first stacked sheet. A second stacked sheet is formed by bonding third and fourth ceramic sheets(230a,230b) with third and fourth via holes(221,222) respectively on an upper part and a lower part of the first stacked sheet. The third and the fourth ceramic sheet do not have an internal electrode pattern. A conductive paste is filled in the via holes.
