PURPOSE: A producing method of low-salinity mineral fermented soybean paste using salicornia europaea is provided to use bay salt, salicornia europaea powder, and a salicornia europaea extract. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of low-salinity mineral fermented soybean paste comprises the following steps: preparing a salicornia europaea extract, and dipping soybeans in the extract before steaming; injecting spawns into the steamed soybeans, and fermenting to obtain fermented soybean blocks; adding the salicornia europaea extract, salicornia europaea powder, and bay salt into the fermented soybean blocks, and ferment-aging the mixture to obtain the fermented soybean paste; and adding a composition obtained by mixing steamed rice and barley and the salicornia europaea extract, and stirring and aging the mixture.

PURPOSE: A microbial fermentation product using salicornia europaea, and a producing method thereof are provided to offer the fermentation product containing abundant amount of enzymes including alpha-amylase and protease. CONSTITUTION: A microbial fermentation product using salicornia europaea comprises the following steps: mixing salicornia europaea powder with one powder selected from rice bran powder, soybean powder, farinaceous powder, or carbohydrate powder(S10); sterilizing the mixture, and adding water into the mixture for controlling the water content(S20,S30); injecting spawns into the mixture for obtaining the fermented mixture(S40); drying and crushing the fermented mixture to the fermentation product(S50); and molding the fermentation product into a powder form, a granule form, a tablet form, or a capsule form(S70).

PURPOSE: A producing method of traditional fermented rice punch containing seaweed is provided to secure the unique flavor of conventional fermented rice punch, and to offer useful nutrients of the seaweed. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of traditional fermented rice punch containing seaweed comprises the following steps: mixing fresh seaweed with water or a mixture containing the water and ethanol, and extracting for 3~4hours at 95~121deg C using an extractor; centrifugal separating the obtained extract and residues, filtering the extract, and condensing the extract to obtain a seaweed extract; mixing malt and purified water, and extracting for 3~4hours at 60deg C for removing solid portions; centrifugal separating the obtained extract, and filtering to obtain a malt extract; dipping rice in the water for 1hour, and steaming to obtain hard boiled rice; inserting the malt extract into the hard boiled rice, and saccharifying for 4~6hours to obtain saccharified liquid; and mixing the saccharified liquid with the seaweed extract, and heating for 30~50minutes.

A method of extracting green algae(Enteromorpha prolifera) under an optimal extraction condition is provided to ensure high antioxidant activity. Food such as a tablet or granule using the Enteromorpha prolifera extract is also provided. One hundred parts by weight of 49.54 to 54.35% ethanol is mixed with 4.66 to 4.77 parts by weight of Enteromorpha prolifera and extracted at 70deg.C for 120min. Food using the Enteromorpha prolifera extract is prepared by the steps of: mixing 10 parts by weight of Enteromorpha prolifera extract and 20 parts by weight of maltodextrin and drying; adding 30 parts by weight of beer yeast, 5 parts by weight of Capsosiphon fulvescens extract, 10 parts by weight of crystalline cellulose, 10 parts by weight of glucose, 10 parts by weight of corn starch, 1 part by weight of algae calcium, 2 parts by weight of vitamin C, 0.3 parts by weight of calcium lactate, 1.4 parts by weight of sodium alginate and 0.3 parts by weight of magnesium stearate and forming into a tablet.

PURPOSE: A method for producing laver containing a Salicornia herbacea extract is provided. The produced laver has enhanced palatability as well as contains abundant minerals. CONSTITUTION: 4 to 12% by weight of an extract of Salicornia herbacea L. is added to fresh laver prior to forming or 3 to 9% by weight of an extract of Salicornia herbacea L. is sprayed on formed laver. The dried laver containing the Salicornia herbacea extract is then roasted.

PURPOSE: Provided is a method for preparing a drink using Salicornia herbacea which has abundant minerals and various kinds of active ingredients. CONSTITUTION: The drink using Salicornia herbacea is prepared by: i) washing Salicornia herbacea three times; ii) boiling the Salicornia herbacea in water at 100deg.C for 5mins; iii) freezing it at -20deg.C or less; iv) thawing the frozen material at room temperature, adding water to the thrown material in a ratio of 2:1, and chopping it; v) extracting active ingredients of Salicornia herbacea at 100deg.C for 20mins; vi) filtering the extract by a press-filter; and vii) adding citric acid, vitamin C, sodium benzoate, fruit juice, fruit flavor, and so on to the filtrate.
