CONSTITUTION: A producing method of low-salinity mineral fermented soybean paste comprises the following steps: preparing a salicornia europaea extract, and dipping soybeans in the extract before steaming; injecting spawns into the steamed soybeans, and fermenting to obtain fermented soybean blocks; adding the salicornia europaea extract, salicornia europaea powder, and bay salt into the fermented soybean blocks, and ferment-aging the mixture to obtain the fermented soybean paste; and adding a composition obtained by mixing steamed rice and barley and the salicornia europaea extract, and stirring and aging the mixture.
