    Abstract: The present invention relates to an edible film compound capable of be used in food packaging and the like and, more specifically, to a film composition comprising proteins extracted from sesame seed meal and a manufacturing method thereof. The edible film comprising the proteins extracted from sesame seed meal of the present invention is able to be used as a processed food packing material since tensile strength is 4.6 times higher than that of generally isolated soy proteins and permeability is 1.1 times lower than that of the generally isolated soy proteins. The edible film is able to reduce production costs in film manufacture by using low-priced sesame seed meal which is byproducts, is environment-friendly as compared to an existing plastic packing material and is able to be usefully used as a processed food packing material since the film is edible. Especially, the film of the present invention is able to be used as a packing material for meat processed foods which is closely related to fat oxidation due to light sine the film has an opaque color.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A compound which suppresses snail-p53 and a therapeutic agent for treating cancer are provided to induce p53 expression in K-ras mutant cell line and to effectively prevent or treat cancer. CONSTITUTION: A method for screening a therapeutic agent for treating K-ras mutagenic cancer comprises: a step of culturing snail and candidate drugs on a p53-fixed plate; a step of selecting a candidate drug which suppresses snail-p53 binding using ELISA reader. The therapeutic agent contains a compound which suppresses snail-p53 binding. A DNA binding domain specifically transfers a drug in K-ras mutant cells.

    Abstract: A pharmaceutical composition comprising the extract of novel black ginseng is provided to reduce the preparation time, allow mass production of black ginseng and improve anticancer effects by increasing or identically maintaining the ginseng saponin content in black ginseng compared to the conventional preparation method(nine steaming nine drying method) of black ginseng. A pharmaceutical composition comprises 0.1-50 wt.% of the extract of novel black ginseng which is prepared by washing 4-6 year old fresh ginsengs and drying them at 35-55 deg.C for 20-28 hours, steaming the dried ginseng at 85-105 deg.C for 5-7 hours in a pot, drying the steamed ginseng at 50-70 deg.C for 9-15 hours, steaming the secondly dried ginseng at 95-125 deg.C for 5-7 hours, drying the secondly steamed ginseng for 12 hours, pulverizing the thirdly dried ginseng and storing the pulverized ginseng in water for 3-7 hours, and extracting the water-dipped pulverized ginseng with water, C1-C4 lower alcohol or a mixed solvent thereof.
