본 발명은 옥피로부터 추출물을 추출하여 친환경 가식성 필름을 제조하는 방법에 관한 것으로서, 구체적으로는 옥수수 전분 제조 시 발생하는 부산물인 옥피를 이용하여 추출물을 추출하고 가소제 및 가교제를 첨가하여 가식성 필름을 제조하고 인장강도 및 신장률이 우수함을 확인함으로써, 저가의 생분해가 가능한 친환경 식품 포장재로 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.

본 발명은 맥강유래 미네랄 결합 펩타이드 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로, 저활용되고 있는 양질의 단백질 소재인 맥강단백질을 알칼리 또는 산 처리로부터 추출하고, 추출된 단백질을 단백분해효소인 플라보자임(Flavourzyme)으로 가수분해한 후, 맥강단백질 가수분해물로부터 칼슘 또는 철분 등의 미네랄과 결합 활성이 우수한 펩타이드를 분리하는 방법에 의해 맥강으로부터 미네랄 결합 펩타이드를 간단하고 용이하게 제조할 수 있으며, 제조된 미네랄 결합 펩타이드는 기존 미네랄 강화식품 및 영양보충제품들의 체내 흡수율이 낮은 단점을 보안하는데 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.

PURPOSE: An edible film is provided to realize an excellent tensile strength, elongation percentage, and water-vapor permeability by using a barley bran protein, plasticizer, and a gelatin. CONSTITUTION: 2-4wt% of barley bran protein is added to the total weight percent. The barley bran protein is obtained from a barley bran foil extract. The barley bran protein is extracted from a barley bran foil by alkali-acid extraction, organic solvent extraction, or distilled water extraction. The plasticizer is sorbitol, mannitol, xyiitol, glycerol, or a mixture of them. 0.5-1.0wt% of plasticizer is added to the total weight percent. 2-4wt% of gelatin is added to the total weight percent.

PURPOSE: Provided is a manufacture of bovine and porcine plasma protein powders by treating low dose of gamma-ray, thereby preventing contamination by microorganisms, and removing biological risk factors while maintaining physicochemical properties of the plasma protein. CONSTITUTION: A manufacture of bovine and porcine plasma protein powders comprises the steps of: separating plasma from bovine and porcine using a centrifuger; precipitating the plasma using 2-10% trichloroacetic acid, 0.6-3N of hydrochloric acid, 50-70% of ammonium sulfate and the like; drying the precipitated plasma to give powder thereof; and packing the powder with polyethylene packing material and treating gamma-ray.

PURPOSE: A manufacturing process for a low molecular weight of angiotensin converting enzyme(ACE) inhibitor from hot water extract of lettuce root is provided, which is an efficient and economical process. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing process for a low molecular weight of ACE inhibitor from lettuce root comprises the steps of: removing an impurities by washing lettuce, separating its root, adding distilled water to the root, and extracting by making reflux for 2hrs at 100deg.C, 60deg.C; filtering, centrifuging for 30min. at 4deg.C, 8000rpm, and collecting the upper solution; ultra-filtering the upper solution using ultra-filter membrane(limit of M.W. is 1000) to prepare the extract; filtering through membrane filter paper, loading on high performance liquid chromatography, and separating a fraction, F4 with highest activity; and then gathering the F4, freeze-drying, and purifying using reversed phase HPLC.
