Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a drive controlling method which efficiently improves fuel efficiency of a vehicle adopting an automatic manual transmission. The present disclosure includes the steps of: collecting data for determining whether inertia running is possible or not; determining whether inertia running is possible or not by using the collected data; performing a third inertia running mode if a vehicle gradient of the collected data is a sudden gradient state equal to or larger than a second reference value when the inertia running is possible and determining whether a vehicle speed increases if the vehicle gradient is a un-sudden gradient state equal to or less than the second reference value; performing a second inertia running mode if a vehicle speed increases in a case where the vehicle gradient is un-sudden gradient state equal to or less than the second reference value; and performing a first inertia running mode if the vehicle speed does not increase. Abstract: PURPOSE: A dual mass flywheel is provided to enable lubricant to efficiently reduce the friction and abrasion of a sliding shoe since a piston injects the lubricant from a cylinder through a supply hole and a grid groove using a spring. CONSTITUTION: A dual mass flywheel comprises a primary mass, a secondary mass, and a set of spring(130). The primary mass rotates by a crank shaft. The secondary mass is arranged to be contiguous to the primary mass. The spring set absorbs rotary vibration and transfers the torque of the primary mass to the secondary mass. The spring set comprises sliding shoes(132) and a spring(136). The sliding shoes make tight contact with the inner circumferential surface of the primary mass to be slid. The sliding shoes are arranged at intervals in the rotating direction of the primary mass. The spring is arranged between neighboring sliding shoes to elastically support them.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A clutch booster is provided to reduce pedal pressure of a clutch pedal to the minimum by making some of compressed air supplied to a control chamber and preventing difference of pressure to both sides of a poppet valve. CONSTITUTION: A clutch booster includes a cylinder(51) installed to the side of a body(50), a hydraulic piston(54), an air piston(52), a relay valve piston(57), a control valve piston(58), a diaphragm, and a poppet valve(59). The hydraulic piston is installed within the body and the hydraulic piston operates a clutch body through a push rod. The air piston is moved within the cylinder back and forth and the air piston moves the hydraulic piston through a connecting rod(56). The relay valve piston is moved back and forth by hydraulic pressure. The control valve piston is interlocked to the relay valve piston and moved. The diaphragm is installed to a side of the control valve piston and the diaphragm divides the inside of the control valve into a control chamber and an air chamber. The poppet valve is moved by the control valve piston and makes compressed air supplied to the inside of the cylinder through a flexible hose. The poppet valve forms an air hole for supply of compressed air. Therefore, the action force of the clutch pedal is reduced and the operating performance of the clutch pedal is improved.
