Abstract: 본 발명은, 외측을 감싸는 하우징과; 상기 하우징 내측 상부에 설치되면 상단부가 외측으로 돌출하는 코어와; 상기 코어의 하부에 연결되며 하부를 향하여 방사상 외측으로 연장하는 인슐레이터와; 상기 인슐레이터의 하부로부터 일정 간격을 두고 마련되며 중앙부가 상하이동이 가능하게 설치되는 가진수단과; 상기 가진수단의 수평방향 외측에 마련되는 상기 가진수단의 중앙부에 상하방향 이동을 위한 힘을 가하는 구동수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이러한 구성에 의해서 본 발명은 가진수단의 수평방향 외측에 구동수단을 마련하는 구성을 가지고 있기 때문에 가진수단의 하부에 구동수단이 위치하는 종래의 능동형 마운트에 비하여 상하방향의 크기를 줄일 수 있으며, 그 결과 소형화를 달성할 수 있고, 설계시 레이아웃의 자유도를 향상시킬 수 있다.

CONSTITUTION: A steering column structure comprises a steering column (10), an inner bracket (22), an outer bracket (21), a tilting link (23), and a locking unit. The steering column is connected to the steering wheel of a vehicle and comprises first and second hinge shafts (10a,10b). The inner bracket comprises a tilting hinge unit (22a) to be connected to the first hinge shaft and a locking hinge unit (22b). The outer bracket is fixed to a vehicle body and accepts the inner bracket. The top and bottom of the outer bracket comprise a first slot and a second slot (21b). CONSTITUTION: An active roll-rod comprises a housing(10), a piston(30), a rubber member(20), and a coil member(40). The housing is coupled to the rear side of a roll-rod. CONSTITUTION: A steering hydraulic pressure failure safety typed motor driven steer system comprises a steering gear(1), a pump(2), an auxiliary cylinder(3), a flow rate indicator(5), a column drive motor(6) and a controller(8). The steering gear comprises a valve inside in order for the fluid pressure according to the steering to be input and output. The pump, driven by the engine, pumps the oil from the reservoir tank and circulates the fluid pressure by the steering gear side. The auxiliary cylinder constitutes the steering gear and the oil-hydraulic circuit in the steering and enlarges the oil force. The flow rate indicator measures whether the mass flow circulating between the pump and the assistant cylinder. The column drive motor is installed to the steering column. The controller decides whether the oil-hydraulic circuit is fixed or not through the flow indicator.
