    Abstract: Thermoplastic moulding materials containing (A) vinylaromatic copolymer, (B) polyamide, (C) rubber-based graft copolymer, (D) a copolymer of (d1) vinylaromatic monomer, (d2) unsaturated diacid anhydride, di-acid imide or epoxide and (d3) acrylic acid derivatives, (E) electrically-conductive additive and optionally other additives, in which components (D) and (E) are premixed and extruded to form a masterbatch which is then mixed with the other components. Thermoplastic moulding materials (I) containing (A) 3-90.5 wt% copolymer(s) of (a1) 60-90 wt% vinylaromatic monomer(s) (VAM) and (a2) 10-40 wt% acrylic acid derivative(s) (AAD), (B) 3-90 wt% polyamide(s), (C) 5-50 wt% rubber-based graft copolymer(s), (D) 1-25 wt% copolymer(s) obtained by polymerisation of (i) (d1) at least 30 wt% VAM, (d2) at least one monomer selected from unsaturated dicarboxylic acid anhydrides, dicarboxylic acid imides and epoxides and (d3) AAD, or (ii) (d1) at least 30 wt% VAM and (d2) at least two monomers as listed for (d2) above, (E) 0.5-5 wt% electrically conductive additive(s), (F) 0-40 wt% other rubber(s), (G) 0-3 wt% dicarboxylic anhydride(s) and (H) 0-50 wt% other additives, in which components (D) and (E) are premixed and extruded and the extrudate is then mixed with the other components.
