What is proposed is a process for producing polyamides having the following steps: a) providing a monomer composition comprising at least one lactam or at least one aminocarbonitrile and/or oligomers of these monomers, b) reacting the monomer composition provided in step a) in a hydrolytic polymerization at elevated temperature in the presence of water to obtain a reaction product comprising polyamide, water, unconverted monomers and oligomers, and c) postpolymerizing the reaction product obtained in step b) in at least one kneader (3), the kneader (3) used in step c) having at least two screws, with at least one reaction zone and one discharge zone arranged in the direction of the longitudinal axes of the screws, and with kneading elements arranged in succession on each of the screws in the at least one reaction zone, wherein a free space zone having a free space volume in the range from 10% to 70%, based on the total volume of the at least one reaction zone, is provided in the kneader (3) above the at least two screws.

The invention relates to a method for producing polyamides by means of a spray nozzle arrangement for the collision of spray jets, comprising at least one spray nozzle forming a first spray jet having a first spray jet cross-sectional surface and a first spray jet longitudinal extension axis, and comprising a second spray jet forming a second spray jet having a second spray jet cross-sectional surface and a second spray jet longitudinal extension axis, wherein the first and second spray jets have a spray direction that is facing the gravitational field, and are arranged opposite one another such that in a spray direction facing the gravitational field, the formed spray jets collide in a collision area. The invention relates to an integrated method for producing trioxane from formaldehyde. According to said method, a flow A1 containing water and formaldehyde and a return flow B2 consisting essentially of water and formaldehyde are introduced into a trioxane synthesis reactor in which the formaldehyde is converted into trioxane, forming a product flow A2 containing trioxane, water and formaldehyde; the flow A2 is introduced into a first distillation column and distilled at a pressure of between 0.1 and 2.5 bar, forming a trioxane-enriched flow B1 and the flow B2 consisting essentially of water and formaldehyde; the flow B1 and a return flow D1 containing trioxane, water and formaldehyde are introduced into a second distillation column and distilled at a pressure of between 0.2 and 17.5 bar, forming a product flow C2 consisting essentially of trioxane and a flow C1 containing trioxane, water and formaldehyde; and the flow C1 is introduced into a third distillation column and distilled at a pressure of between 0.1 and 2.5 bar, forming the return flow D1 containing trioxane, water and formaldehyde and a flow D2 consisting essentially of water and formaldehyde.

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur kontinuierlichen Herstellung eines Polyamidpulvers (PP), das mindestens ein teilkristallines Polyamid (P) enthält. Darüber hinaus betrifft die vorliegende Erfindung das so erhältliche Polyamidpulver (PP) und die Verwendung des Polyamidpulvers (PP) als Sinterpulver (SP) sowie ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Formkörpers durch Belichten einer Schicht eines Polyamidpulvers (PP).
