In the case of a stop (STOP) processing, the MPU 101 interrupts the transmission of a specified reception number by a stop command and transmits an OK response to the information processing terminal 109. Since instantanity and certainly are requested in the stop processing, the transmission is not interrupted after the return of the OK response to the information processing terminal 109 is confirmed and the OK response is returned after the transmission of the specified reception number is interrupted.
