    Abstract: PURPOSE:To ensure the opening and closing movement of a reed valve by providing such a constitution as supporting the reed valve and a spring between a stopper and a discharge valve seat. CONSTITUTION:A stopper 26 is inserted and fixed to the horizontal holes 25 of protruding parts 24 provided on both sides of a valve plate 4 with a discharge valve seat 20 between, and a reed valve 22 and a spring 23 are supported be tween the stopper 26 and the discharge valve seat 20. Hence, a reduction in clearance volume and an improvement in volume efficiency in compression can be enhanced, and opening and closing movement of the read valve 22 can be ensured as no factor is present around the discharge valve seat 20.

SOLUTION: The closing case 2 formed of a plurality of curved surfaces for storing a motor-driven compressing element 8 includes a different curved surface 23 formed on the ridge 21 of the curved surface 22 to divide the resonance peak of the curved surface 22 and reduce a resonance peak level so as to reduce the vibration of the closing case 2 and the noises of the compressor.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve efficiency of energy in a hermetic compressor. SOLUTION: This hermetic compressor comprises an oil channel 19 communicated with the upper part of a crankshaft 10 from the lower end thereof, the oil exhaust port 19a of the oil channel 19 which is opened in the upper part of the crankshaft 10, and an intake muffle 20 which is arranged beside a cylinder 7 and has a top surface 20a downwardly inclined in the direction of the crankshaft 10. When oil 13 which is exhausted from the oil exhaust port 19a splashes on the inclined part of the top surface of the intake muffler 20, the oil 13 splashes slantly upward to that an amount of oil 13 stuck to the surface of the intake muffler 20 can be reduced. The intake muffler 20 can be prevented from being heated, refrigerant gas can be prevented from being heated in the inside of the intake muffler 20, and the refrigerant gas can be supplied with a high density to the inside of the cylinder 7 so that efficiency can be improved. The oil 13 dispersed from the intake muffler 20 is cooled in a hermetic container 1, and high temperature oil 13 is supplied to a sliding part so that reliability can be improved.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve reliability at high efficiency in a hermetic motor-driven compressor used for a domestic refrigerator by reducing the sliding loss of a baring part and promoting cooling thereof. SOLUTION: A compressive element 3 and an electric element 2 are stored in a hermetic case 1. This compressor comprises a crank 9 fixed on the rotor 5 of the electric element 2, a bearing 8 in which a low frictional sliding material-made sleeve 18 equipped with an expanding slot 17 is press-fitted and by which the crank 9 is pivoted, a bearing oil groove 19 whose upper and lower ends are communicated with the inner circumferential surface of the bearing 8, and lubricant oil 13 reserved in a bottom part in the sealed case 1. A coefficient of friction is lowered by the low frictional sliding member so that the sliding loss of the crank 9 is reduced, and also the lubricant oil 13 is led to flow into the bearing oil groove 19 so that the cooling of the bearing 8 is promoted, and the reliability of the compressor can be improved at high efficiency.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce noise of a hermetically sealed electric compressor used in a refrigerator for home use without obstructing the radiation of heat and increasing its size. SOLUTION: This compressor is constituted in such a way that at least one or more recessed part 16a is provided and a shielding plate 16 provided with a fine hole 16b on a bottom of the recessed part 16a is provided by adhering closely on the inside of a sealed container 2. Consequently, radiation noise generated from the inside of the compressor due to resonance effect is absorbed to reduce noise without preventing the radiation of heat and increasing its size.

SOLUTION: In this compressor, pressure wave reflected by a reflection wall 24 of a suction reflection pipe 25 of a suction connection pipe 23 returns to a suction port of the suction connection pipe 25. Consequently, pressure wave is returned to the vicinity of a suction hole of a valve plate to assist in opening a reed valve and improve refrigerant filling into a cylinder of refrigerant suctioned from a suction main pipe 27 and capability and efficiency of this compressor.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an enclosed type electric compressor for a house hold-use refrigerator with high efficiency and low noise performance by improving the intake efficiency of noise elimination effect of a suction muffler. SOLUTION: A suction muffler 17 is composed of two chambers 22, 23, a tail pipe 20, a communication pipe 24, and a suction pipe 25. The pipes 20, 24, 25 are arranged on a same plane with opposite openings inclined to be formed into a letter U shape. With the constitution, pressure wave is attenuated at two stages to thereby reduce the flow resistance of refregerant, resulting in improvement in the noise elimination characteristic and suction efficiency of the muffler 17.

SOLUTION: A dovetail part 54 is arranged in an end part of a small end part 50 of a connecting rod, and a dovetail groove 55 is arranged in a large end part 52. A step difference 63 is formed over two sides or only on one side of the dovetail groove on an end surface of the dovetail groove 55, and a locking surface 64 being an assembling positioner as a result, is composed of this step difference 63. When fitting the dovetail part 54 and the dovetail groove 55, first of all, the rotational direction ζ is regulated by contacting the step difference 63 of the large end part 52 and an end surface 65 of the dovetail part 54 in a plane with each other. Next, the slidingly moving direction S of the small end part, the swinging direction B and the rotational direction α and θ of the large end part 52 are demarcated on the locking surface 64 by regulating adjacent two sides of the dovetail part 54, and both are set by moving the large end part 52 in the shaft direction up to a prescribed position. Next, a clamp member is pressed in, and assembling is completed.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent compression of coolant in a compression element when a compressor is started so as to reduce starring torque by providing a piston, a cylinder, a discharge valve, an intake valve, and a controller always opening the intake valve in a starting time. SOLUTION: If a compressor start detecting means detects a start of a compressor when a compressor used for a home refrigerator and the like, an electromagnet 21 is excited for a set time set in a timer. By means of excitation to the electromagnet 21, its tip part 21a serves as an N-pole, while a magnet 20 whose electromagnet 21 side is polarized to an N-pole is repulsed, and an intake lead 14, to which the magnet 20 is fixed, in an intake valve 11 receives an anti-electromagnet directional force so as to be forcibly opened, and as a result, the intake valve 11 is set in a normally-open condition. In this condition, coolant, which is sucked into a cylinder 2 through an intake hole 12 from an intake chamber 19 when a piston 3 is moved backward, is returned to the intake chamber 19 via the intake hole 12 even if the piston 3 is moved forward, so that the coolant is hardly compressed and starring torque of the compressor is reduced.
