Abstract: PURPOSE:To reduce combustion start time and hence save power consumption by installing an ignition heater, which heats circulation air and burns fuel, to the lower part of an insulation tube into which fuel is filled. CONSTITUTION:An interior air is introduced into a shell side of a preheater 106 from an intake 103 by driving a fan 108 where it is heat-exchanged and increased to higher temperature and introduced into a combustion furnace 105 by way of a shell side outlet, and an air duct 111. Solid fuel 114 is filled in an insulation tube 109 in an inner casing 110 and mounted with a fire grate 116. It is installed to the lower part of the ignition heater insulation tube 109 where combustion gas is heated so that the solid fuel 114 may be burnt. Carbon dioxide CO2 is adsorbed by an adsorption material where only nitrogen N2 is circulated to a store 1. In this manner, the circulation air passes through a full ignition heater 116 and gets heated. It is further heated by radiation heat so that combustion start time for the fuel 114 may be reduced. Moreover, higher combustion efficiency minimizes power consumption and hence saves power. Carbon dioxide CO2 is adsorbed by the adsorption material 135 so that only nitrogen N2 may circulate to the store 1.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To carry out both assembly work and post assembly leakage test required in a short time and hence reduce production cost by providing catalyst for cleaning imperfect combustion gas for cleaning installed to a combustion gas discharge side in the upper part of a combustion furnace, housing cleaning catalyst in a penetration cylindrical section partly formed in a case partitioned with a contact seal at the end so that combustion gas may not leak out. CONSTITUTION:This storage device is provided with catalyst 128 for cleaning imperfect combustion gas installed to a combustion gas discharge side on the upper part in a combustion furnace 105. Since the cleaning catalyst 128 is housed in a penetration cylindrical section is housed in a penetration cylindrical section 130 partly formed in a case partitioned with a contact seal at the terminal so as to prevent the leakage of combustion gas, the case 129 which houses the catalyst 128 us partitioned with the contact seal both on the main body of the combustion furnace 105 and on the end. Therefore, this construction makes it possible to seal assembly work definitely and troubleshoot any failure detected by post assembly leakage test work in a short time by reinforcing the contact surface. Furthermore, the accuracy of components can be sealed within a general allowance with a sufficient guarantee, which makes it possible to reduce the unit prices for the container.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To contrive the reduction in the size of the device and the reduction in the price of the device by combining a storage chamber, carbonic acid gas- generating device, an adsorbing material, a passageway-switching member and a carbonic acid-adsorbing device so as to achieve a specific action. CONSTITUTION:A gas flowing in an adsorbing material 135 forms a layer flow because spaces 172' play the role of pressure chambers, thereby not causing the deterioration of the adsorption ability thereof. Even when the amount of circulated air is increased and the flow of the air is changed from the homogeneous layer flow state into a concentrated flow state, the adsorption ability of the adsorbing material is not deteriorated because the communication openings 168-170, 169 and 171 are disposed at positions giving the longest gas-passing distances of the adsorbing material, and the passing distance of the circulated gas can be shortened. The decrease in the amount of the circulated air due to the loss of pressure is thereby reduced and the required amount of the circulated air can be secured with a small air blower. Since pipings to be connected can be reduced and the container for receiving the adsorbing material can be simplified, the size of the device can be reduced and an inexpensive storage chamber can be obtained.
