    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus having a function controlling standby power in a standby state in the electronic apparatus having a slave circuit, whose lowest value of power supply voltage ensuring its operation in the standby state is lower than in the normal state. SOLUTION: This electronic apparatus is provided with a main power supply 1 for receiving an operating condition selecting signal S4 selecting the normal state to output 5 V, and receiving the operating condition selecting signal S4 selecting the standby state to output 0 V, a standby operating power supply 2 for outputting 3 V, a main circuit 3 for receiving the 5 V from the main power supply 1 to perform operation in the normal state, and receiving the 0 V from the main power supply 1 to stop its operation, a slave circuit 4 for receiving the 5 V from the main power supply 1 to perform operation in the normal state, and receiving the 3V from the standby operating power supply 2 to operate in the standby state, and a power source switching part 5 for receiving outputs from the main power source 1 and the standby operating power supply 2, and selecting and supplying the larger voltage thereof to supply it to the slave circuit 4.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a video deck incorporated type television receiver with excellent handleability for being easily operated by skipping the selection of a reproduction part when the reproduction part does not perform a reproduction operation. SOLUTION: A system control part 11 advances the connection of the movable contact point 4e of a switch circuit 4 to fixed contact points 4a, 4b,... in an order by one position each every time the input switching key of a remote control operation unit 12 or a key operation part 14 is pressed for one time. The system control part 11 detects status signals ST, and when a video deck part 10 is in a reproduction mode, successively performs changeover among a reception part 3, the video deck part 10 and external video input parts 15 and 16 every time the input switching key 14 is operated. When it is not in the reproduction mode, the connection to the fixed contact point 4b of the movable contact point 4e is skipped.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To considerably reduce a job time by identifying a diagnostic history of an abnormality diagnosis item detected finally among display of diagnostic histories stored in a memory so as to make a job such as inspection of an electronic device efficient and easy. SOLUTION: The device is provided with a memory 21 storing a diagnostic history by a self-diagnostic function and a display means 19 properly displaying the diagnostic histories stored in the memory 21. When the diagnostic history of an abnormality diagnosis item is going to be displayed on the display means 19, a system microcomputer 20 reads data from a prescribed address of the memory 21. Then an item generate finally and denoting an abnormality whose flag is set is retrieved. When the abnormality diagnostic item generated finally through this retrieval is discriminated, the system microcomputer 20 changes color data of columns of item names of abnormality diagnostic items and the number of times of occurrence and display equivalent to one screen are transferred to the display means 19.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: To prevent a device connected to a bus from occurring malfunction due to noise by judging the transferred destination of data sent from a bus master interface and turning on or off plural change-over switches. CONSTITUTION: A microcomputer 1 is provided with a switch control circuit 3 and and an I C bus master interface 2. Arm I C bus 20 constituted of a data line 20A and a clock line 20B is connected to the interface 2. The bus 20 is branched to IC buses 21 to 24 and switches 4, 7, 10, 13 are connected to respective input parts of the buses 21 to 24. In the constitution, the circuit 3 recognizes the transferred destination of data transferred from the interface 2, turns on only the switch connected to the I C bus to be the data transferred destination out of the switches 4, 7, 10, 13 connected to the input parts of the buses 21 to 24 and turns of the other switches.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency and to reduce the unnecessary radiation with respect to a infrared remote control transmitter. CONSTITUTION:An encoder 21 which converts the output of a depressed key out of plural operation keys 1 to key data P21 corresponding to this key and a modulating circuit 23 which turns on/off a carrier pulse P22 by key data P21 from the encoder 21 are provided. A switching element 3 whose turning-on/off is controlled by the output of the modulating circuit 23, a coil 5 connected between the output terminal of the switching element 3 and a power source 6, an LED 4 to which the voltage generated in the coil 5 is supplied and from which signal light corresponding to key data P21 is outputted, and a capacitor 7 which constitutes a resonance circuit 8 together with the coil 5 are provided. The value of a capacitor 7 is so selected that the integer-fold length of a half cycle of the resonance frequency of the resonance circuit 8 is equal to the length of the period when the switching element 3 and the LED 4 are turned off together.
