    Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain a grain bag light in weight and excellent in storability and shock and sliding resistance by a method wherein the bag is formed of the nonwoven fabric consisting of the thermoplastic synthetic fiber with a specific average size and having a specific weight per unit area and a number of embossed patterns on its surface. CONSTITUTION:The grain bag is formed of the nonwoven fabric consisting of a thermoplastic synthetic fiber having an average size of 1-10d and having a unit weight of 70-150g/m and a number of embossed patterns on its surface. By specifying the average size and the unit weight of the thermoplastic synthetic fiber as mentioned above, the grain bag is obtained which is satisfactory in air permeability and tensile strength and hence excellent in storability and shock resistance and is increased in the surface friction coefficient by the embossed patterns provided on the surface of the nonwoven fabric and hence excellent in sliding resistance. Although the use of the thermoplastic copolymer is not specifically restricted, polyester may be used preferably and the use of the polyester kneaded with copolymerizable polymer improves the adhesion.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To enhance the extent of conductivity and rigidity in a thickness direction and make manufacture ever so easy, by sticking carbon fiber cloth to all over the surface of a sheet like partition wall consisting of a carbon fiber mat and a resin compound material. CONSTITUTION:A thermoplastic resin sheet and a carbon fiber mat are overlapped with each other, pressurizing them with melting point temperature of thermoplastic resin, thus a sheetlike compound material of the resin and the mat is produced and used for a partition wall. This partition wall enhances the extent of rigidity in a plate and simultaneously conductivity in a thickness direction is raised, while liquid passability in the thickness direction is checked, and at the time of use, mixture of each electrolyte of both positive and negative electrodes is prevented from occurring. And, the partition wall and carbon fiber cloth or the carbon fiber mat as well as the resin sheet and carbon fiber cloth are superposed on one another and heated, pressurized, thus an electrode material is easily manufacturable in this way.
