Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the quantity of a coating material to coat a joint part and to excellently and easily form a coating film on the whole surface of the joint part by coating the joint part and a part except the joint part separately with a respective coating material. SOLUTION: In the case of coating a plate 1 on which plural stripes of joint parts 2 extending in the longitudinal direction of the plate surface are formed, plural discharge nozzles 3 corresponding to the number of the joint parts 2 are provided on the upper side of the plate 1. A coating material 4 in a coating material tank 5 is respectively discharged by each pump 6 from each discharge nozzle 3 toward the correspondent joint part 2 to coat the joint part 2. In such a case, any one of the plate 1 in the direction of an arrow or the nozzle 3 may be moved. After coating the joint part 2, a part except the joint part 2 is coated by a transfer roll or the like. The joint part 2 is efficiently coated in this way.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely perform peeling process so as to process a large quantity by winding a stuck pressure sensitive adhesive tape together with a cover sheet in the peeling direction, and further swinging a winding means. SOLUTION: A cover sheet 1b is stuck on the surface of a plate main body 1a. Carrying bases 2 are provided on three positions in the carrying direction of the plate 1, as a plate carrying means. A pressure sensitive adhesive tape sticking means 5 is arranged between carrying nip rolls 3a, 3b. A rotary roll 15 rotating at the same peripheral speed as the carrying speed of the plate is provided between the carrying nip rolls 3b, 3c, and it acts as a presser means pressingly adhering the protruded part of a one side pressure sensitive adhesive tape stuck on the extreme end of the plate by pressingly adhering. A sheet winding means is provided with a spring 16a and a driving means 17 rotating the sheet winding means at the same peripheral speed as the carrying speed of the plate 1. The sheet winding means can be swung in the direction of peeling the one side pressure sensitive adhesive tape 6 together with the cover sheet 1b from the surface of the plate 1.

Finally, a hook fixture 13 is inserted into the hook hole to be secured in the hook hole of the plate pressure plate 11 by locking. By holding the plate pressure tool 11 and the joint section 20 by the hooks 12 and joining the plate presser tool 11 to the installation section 20, the transparent plate 2 can be easily installed on the frame 3.
