Abstract:
The classical pneumatic cylinder actuating the longitudinal guide (3) ensuring sliding of the doors and by means of which the doors (1) are embedded or disembedded in the body (2) of the wagon, simultaneously actuates a shaft (4), a crank (5) being radially integral with said shaft . The free end of the crank hingedly receives a connecting rod (6) that is in turn hingedly connected to the longitudinal guide (3). When the longitudinal guide (3) is being displaced outward, on which the doors (1) can be displaced in closing or opening direction, the crank (5) and the connecting rod (6) form an approximate angle alpha . Said angle progressively decreases during the embedding maneuver of the guide (3) and, consequently, the doors (1), until a limit situation is reached in which a 0 value of said angle is slightly exceeded and the connecting rod (6) operates as blocking and safety element that keeps the doors in the embedded position thereby preventing improper opening of said doors.
Abstract:
Abstract:
Abstract:
The invention relates to a lower locking device (3) for locking a sliding door (2) on a rail vehicle (1), comprising at least one longitudinal support (8). Said locking device (3) comprises a locking pouch (6) with a catchment area (12) for a lower end (11) of the sliding door (2). The locking pouch (6) is rotatably mounted on the longitudinal support (8) of the rail vehicle (1) and is connected to an actuation shaft (4) by at least one connecting rod (9). The actuation of said actuation shaft enables the locking pouch (6) to be arranged in a door fixing position as well as in a door releasing/receiving position.

Abstract:
The conventional pneumatic cylinder acting on a longitudinal guide (3) for sliding doors, with which said doors (1) are released or locked in the body (2) of the car, simultaneously acts on a shaft (4) to which is radially attached a crank (5) that on its free end is hinged to a connecting rod (6), that is in turn hinged to the longitudinal guide (3), so that when the longitudinal guide (3) is displaced outwards so that the doors (1) may slide in order to open or close, the crank (5) and the connecting rod (6) form a small angle α, that is gradually reduced during the maneuver that locks the guide (3) and therefore the doors (1), until an end position in which the value of said angle slightly exceeds zero, and in which the aforementioned connecting rod (6) acts as a blocking and safety element that keeps the doors in the locked position, preventing their improper opening.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a fitting (10) for a wing (3) of windows or doors, which can be set at least approximately parallel by means of extension devices (6, 7) from a movement directed out of the wall opening plane from a closed position, e.g. a permanently built-in frame (1), and can be displaced horizontally in a parallel movement to the wall opening plane in said parallel set position, wherein a force storage device (35), preferably consisting of a tensile spring, is arranged in the extension device (7), and is fastened to the control arm (20) with one end (36) close to a rotation axis (19) between the extension arm (11) and the control arm (20) and is connected to the extension arm (11) with the other end (37) close to a wing-side rotation bearing (15) between the wing (3) and the extension arm (11), wherein the force storage device (35) can be transferred with increasing movement of the wing (3) into the parallel set position at a distance from the components of the extension device (7) and within a free field of actuation and counteracts the movement of the wing (3), wherein the force storage device (35) exerts a force on the wing (3) in the parallel set position, which force accelerates the wing with movement into the closed position, wherein the wing (3), when it has reached the closed position, is held securely in the closed position by the force storage device (35) itself or in connection with a latch/snap device (38), which is arranged in a concealed manner and acts automatically independently from the fitting (10).
