Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide systems, methods, and computer program products for an operational reliability index ("ORI") scoring system in the knowledge management system that is standardized and centralized across the channels and sub-channels in an organization. The ORI system scores the reliability or confidence of the channels, sub-channels, and applications in an organization. The ORI receives reliability data associated with one or more predictability factors related to a business application. The ORI determines predictability factor reliability scores for each of the one or more predictability factors based on the reliability data and weighted values assigned to the predictability factors. Weighted values are also assigned to the categories, applications, sub-channels, and channels. The ORI determines at least one of a category reliability score, application reliability score, business sub-channel reliability score, or business channel score based on the determined predictability factor reliability scores and the weighted values.

Abstract: A personal computer which is specifically designed to provide increased security for financial transactions handled over the Internet. The computer comprises a processor, a memory and a network communication interface configured to communicate with the Internet. The computer may be configured to search and identify sensitive information 501 in the memory and prompt the user 504 whether this information should be deleted 506. This searching may be based upon rules. The computer may further be configured to determine the computer's location when it is used to access the internet, determine whether this location is a known/permitted location, and send an electronic communication in the event that it is not.

Abstract: A method for completing a project includes several steps. A request for completing a project is received, including first information regarding the project. At least one person for completing the project is determined based on the first information. Second information regarding the project is also received, and instructions for completing the project are identified based on analysis of the second information. The instructions include a plurality of actions to be performed by the at least one person, including the creation of at least one document using a standardized template. The performance of the actions by the at least one person in completing the project is automatically tracked. A system suitable for performing the method is also disclosed, including a processor, a memory, and several components for performing the steps.

Abstract: Systems, methods and consumer-readable media for managing risk associated with various transactions are provided. Such methods may include identifying a consumer-based software application for analysis and classifying the consumer-based software application into a plurality of consumer-facing transactions. Each consumer-facing transaction may be rated according to at least one category or criteria. Further, each rating may be converted into a numeric value. Another aspect of the invention may relate to receiving an identification of a list of threats to each of the consumer-facing transactions. These threats may be categorized into threat categories. The impact of each of the threats may be forecasted. The overall impact of the threats as forecasted may be calculated. Yet another aspect of the invention may relate to receiving an identification of a plurality of threat controls that control at least a portion of the plurality of threats.

Abstract: A method, system and computer program for creating a record and associating a unique identifier (UID) and a group identifier (group ID) with the record where the record is created in response to identifying that a transmission, such as an e-mail, violates an institution's policy. The record is passed to a reporting module which generates a report based on the unique identifier and/or the group identifier. The group identifier is a non-unique code assigned to the sender based upon the sender's position within the institution. The group identifier therefore forms a hierarchy code. Additionally, the record may be passed to a remediation agent for handling. The remediation agent may also update the record based on actions taken by the remediation agent or updates identified by the remediation agent.
