본 발명은 파이로시퀀싱(Pyrosequencing)법에 의한 인삼의 종간 유전자를 감별하는 감별 키트에 관한 것으로써, 상세하게는 고려삼과 서양삼을 파이로시퀀싱법에 의하여 유전자형을 분석하고, 인삼의 종간 특이성 시퀀싱 프라이머를 고안하여 파낙스 종(Panax species)의 종간 연관성과 유전적 변이를 평가하기 위한 감별 키트에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 감별 키트를 통하여 인삼의 종을 판별함으로써 정확한 인삼 원료를 공급할 수 있으며, 인삼의 품질관리 방법으로 활용 할 수 있다. 고려삼, 서양삼, 파이로시퀀싱(Pyrosequencing)법, 감별 키트
Abstract:
본발명은혈압강하용패치조성물에관한것으로, 구체적으로 TRPV1(transient receptor potential cation channel subfamily V member 1)의효현제(agonist) 및 TRPA1(transient receptor potential cation channel subfamily A member 1)의효현제로이루어진군 중에서선택된효현제를유효성분으로함유하는혈압강하용패치조성물, 이패치조성물이도포된패치, 그리고이 패치를사용하는방법에관한것이다. 본발명의패치조성물은 TRPV1의효현제및 TRPA1의효현제로이루어진군 중에서선택된효현제를함유하고있어팔목내측정중신경의 C 섬유신경(C-fiber)을자극하여고혈압상태의혈압을효과적으로낮출수 있다. 패치조성물을피부에접촉하는방법으로상기와같은효과를나타낼수 있기때문에, 본발명의패치조성물또는패치를이용하면기존의경구투여약물에비해매우간편하고안전하게혈압강하가가능하다는장점이있다. 또한상기효현제로고가의화합물이아닌캡사이신이나머스타드오일을사용할수 있어매우저렴한비용으로제공할수 있다는장점도있다.

본 발명은 차전초 조추출물 또는 분획물을 유효성분을 함유하는 고지혈증 및 비만증 예방 또는 치료를 위한 약학조성물에 대한 것이다. 본 발명의 생약 추출물은 마우스 유래 지방세포인 3T3-L1 세포의 지방분화를 억제 시켜주는 효과와 고지방 식이를 이용해 비만을 유도한 흰쥐에서 체중감소 및 체지방 감소, 혈중지질농도 감소효과 및 조직병리학적 영향에 효과가 있으므로 고지혈증 및 비만증의 예방 또는 치료용 약제 또는 건강기능식품에 유용하게 이용될 수 있다.

본 발명은 당귀( Angelica gigas Nakai)로부터 지방간 억제 및 항비만 활성을 나타내는 정유(essential oil) 분획물을 제조하는 제조방법 및 이 분획물을 포함하는 지방간, 비만 예방 및 치료효과를 갖는 조성물에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 조성물은 고지방 식이를 이용한 비만 유도 동물에서 체중 및 체지방 감소, 혈중 중성지방의 감소 및 식이섭취량의 감소를 가져왔으며, 조직에서 고지방식이 공급으로 유발되는 지방 간병증, 지방세포 비대, 췌장섬 증식, 인슐린(insulin), 글루카곤(glucagon) 생산세포의 증가를 억제함을 확인함으로써, 지방간 및 비만증 예방 및 치료용 약제 및 건강기능식품에 유용하게 이용될 수 있다.

The present invention relates to an aroma oil composition and a cosmetic composition comprising an essential oil fraction from asaroum for preventing and reducing a body fact and cellulite, and a cosmetic composition for preventing and treating depression and, more specifically, the asaroum of the present invention is proved to have an antidepressant effect by a fored swimming test and a tail suspension test on a mouse, and thus more strongly inhibits the depression than an existing antidepressant, to be used for an aroma oil composition and a cosmetic composition for preventing and reducing depression.

The present invention relates to a composition that contains an extract of propolis or chrysin isolated therefrom as an active ingredient. Specifically, the extract of propolis or chrysin isolated therefrom of the present invention dose dependently decreases a self intake amount of cocaine in a self-administration experiment, which is a behavioral experiment technique suitable for researching reinforcing effects of psychomotor stimulants. By checking the fact that the above characteristic exerts no influence on a food reinforcing effect through a food test, the composition can be used as a pharmaceutical composition and a health supplement for preventing and treating cocaine intoxication and withdrawal symptoms.

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a natural food additive containing a Rosa rugosa extract is provided to have an antibacterial property with respect to microorganisms separated from a polluted food. CONSTITUTION: A natural food additive contains a Rosa rugosa extract as an active ingredient. The natural food additive is a natural food preservative, a food antiseptic agent, or a food sterilizing agent. The additive shows a strong anti-biotic activity against Bacillus germ and Paenibacillus genus germ. The additive shows a strong antibiotic activity against a strain selected from the group consisting of CBB6 Bacillus circulans, CBB15 B. benzoevorans, CBB16 B. circulans, CBB3 Paenibacillus sp., and CBB5 Paenibacillus sp. The Rosa rugosa extract is obtained by extracting an extract using a solvent having 1 to 25(v/v) times the amount of a weight of dried Rosa rugosa for about 10 to 96 hours and filtering and concentrating the extract. The solvent is a lower alcohol solvent having C1 to C4 or a mixed solvent of the same and water. The extraction includes enfleurage extraction, reflux cooling extraction, ultrasonic wave extraction, or room temperature extraction.

PURPOSE: A composition containing Prunella vulgaris PSE extract is provided to ensure antioxidative and antibacterial effects. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing Prunella vulgaris PSE(pressed solvent extract) extract with antioxidative and antibacterial effects comprises: a step of pulverizing Prunella vulgaris; a step of injecting Prunella vulgaris using low carbon number alcohol, acetone, chloroform, methylene chloride, hexane, 1,3-butylene glycol, polyethylene glycol, glycerol, propylene glycol, or mixture solvent thereof; a step of extracting at 10-100°C using a PSE extractor for 30 minutes to 5 hours; and a step of filtering the extract solution at 10-100°C. A cosmetic composition with antioxidative and antibacterial effects contains the Prunella vulgaris PSE extract as an active ingredient. The composition is manufactured in a form of a lotion, skin, nutrition lotion, nutrition cream, essence, pack, cleansing agent, soap, and treatment.

PURPOSE: A natural food preservative containing a salvia miltiorrhiza extract, a producing method thereof, and a composition containing thereof are provided to offer strong antibacterial activity to food poisoning bacteria to users. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a natural food preservative contains a salvia miltiorrhiza extract obtained by the following steps: extracting dried salvia miltiorrhiza using a C1-4 low class alcohol solvent or its water solution for 10-96 hours at room temperature; filtering and concentrating the extract to obtain the salvia miltiorrhiza extract. The extraction of the salvia miltiorrhiza is performed by using a method selected from cold extraction, reflux extraction, or ultrasonic wave extraction.
