PURPOSE: A fuel supply system for a high-pressure natural gas injection engine is provided to consume flash gas or residual fuel as the fuel for a dual fuel engine. CONSTITUTION: A fuel supply system for a high-pressure natural gas injection engine comprises a BOG(Boil Off Gas) compression unit(13), a re-liquefying device(20), and a high pressure pump(33). The BOG(Boil Off Gas) compression unit comprises one or more BOG compressors(14) and one or more intermediate coolers(15). The intermediate cooler cools the Bog compressed in the BOG compressor. The re-liquefying device re-liquefies the BOG using a refrigerant freezing cycle. A heat source heated in the freezing cycle is heat exchanged with LBOG(Liquefied Boil Off Gas) compressed in the high pressure pump.

The BOG compression unit is supplied with BOG from a storage tank(11), and compresses the BOG at 12-45 bar. The re-liquefying device liquefies the compressed BOG. The buffer tank segregates a gaseous component and a liquid component from the liquefied BOG. The high pressure pump compresses the liquid component. The high pressure vaporizer supplies fuel to the high-pressure natural gas injection engine by vaporizing the compressed liquid component. The liquid component supplied from the high pressure pump comprises 12-45 bar pressure.

The NBOG(Natural Boil-Off Gas) generated in the LNG(Liquefied Natural Gas) storage tank is compressed in a BOG compression unit(13) at 12~45bara, and supplied to the re-liquefying device. The re-liquefied LBOG is compressed in the high pressure pump at 150~400bara, and supplied to the high pressure vaporizer. The vaporized BOG is continuously supplied to a high-pressure natural gas injection engine.

The evaporation gas discharged from a storage tank is re-liquefied after being compressed at 12~45bara. The refrigerants in gas and liquid states are mixed again in a gas-liquid separator placed at the lower side, and supplied. A re-liquefaction unit comprises a cold box(21), a compressing unit, an expansion unit, a plurality of the gas-liquid separators(22). The expansion unit decreases the temperature of compressed refrigerants. The gas-liquid separators separate the gas and liquid from the refrigerants.
