    Abstract: PURPOSE: A radiation resistant resin and exterior materials are provided to have excellent non-browning, transparency, and color stability, thereby being suitable for exterior materials for medical. CONSTITUTION: A radiation resistant resin comprises 100.0 parts by weight of base resin and 0.01-2 parts by weight of high level aliphatic phosphate compound. The base resin comprises 50-90 wt% of polycarbonate resin and 10-50 wt% of copolyester resin. The high level aliphatic phosphate compound is one or more compounds which are represented by chemical formula 2 or 3. In the chemical formula 2 and 3, n and m indicates integers of 11-20, and n and m can be identical or different. The copolyester resin includes a unit induced from 1,4- cyclohexanedimethanol. The copolyester resin includes 2 or more diol residues and aromatic or aliphatic diacid moiety. More than 50 mol% of 1,4- cyclohexanedimethanol is included among the diol residue. The non-browning resin additionally includes the polyalkylene oxides.
