본 발명은 대나무 줄기의 식용화 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 식용화 방법으로 팽화시킨 대나무 줄기는 조직이 부드럽게 연화되어 식용이 가능해 진다. 아울러, 추출율의 증가 및 항산화능이 우수해지고 항산화 물질의 함유량이 증가하여, 차,건강식품, 사료 등의 각종 식품뿐만 아니라, 화장품 등에도 사용가능하게 되어, 유용하다. 더불어, 대나무 줄기는 죽순에 비하여 노동력 대비 수확량이 많으므로, 일자리 창출 및 관련 업계의 소득 증대에도 도움이 될 것이다.

본 발명은 대나무 잎의 항산화능을 증가시키는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 방법은 증가된 항산화능을 가지는 대나무 잎을 얻을 수 있어서 유용하다. 아울러, 본 발명의 가공방법으로 가공한 대나무 잎을 포함하는 추출물 및 건강식품 조성물은 항산화능을 증진시키는 기능성 식품 또는 건강 식품으로 활용할 수 있는 바, 유용하다.

PURPOSE: The method of making a bamboo stem edible and use in many food products by turning into a puffed-food. CONSTITUTION: The bamboo stem is made into a puffed food. The puffing is performed in the pressure condition of between 3kgf/cm^2 to 7kgf/cm^2 and in the temperature condition of 50°C to 300°C. The bamboo stem is sliced into small pieces between 0.1mm to 10cm of size. The bamboo is chosen one or more from Phyllostachys nigra Munro, Phyllostachys pubescens, Phyllostachys bambusoides, Phyllostachys nigra var. henonis, Phyllostachys pubescens Mazel, Sasa borealis, and Sasa quelpaertensis. The composition for food includes the bamboo stem or the extraction form a bamboo stem. CONSTITUTION: A composition for preventing cancers contains extracts and portions of southernwood wild plants including Adenocaulon himalaicum and Artemisia dubia as an active ingredient. The extracts are obtained by extracting dried Adenocaulon himalaicum or Artemisia dubia using alcohol having a carbon number of 1-4 or a mixed solvent. The portions are n-hexane portions, ethylacetate portions, n-butanol portions, or water portions.

A method for extraction of tectoridin and tectorigenin from the rhizomes of Belamcanda chinensis is provided to reduce the extraction time, improve the extraction yield and enhance environment and human affinity by using only water and ethanol as solvent under high temperature and high pressure. The tectoridin and tectorigenin are extracted from the rhizomes of Belamcanda chinensis through SWE(subcritical water extraction) by heating the rhizomes of Belamcanda chinensis in a mixed solvent containing water and 30-100 vol.% of ethanol to high temperature such as 80 deg. C or more, preferably 80-200 deg. C under high pressure condition such as 1-15 MPa.
