본 발명은 밍크고래로부터 분리된 신규의 당화 효소 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 밍크 고래 유래의 서열 번호 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18 또는 20의 아미노산 서열을 가진 그룹에서 선택된 어느 하나의 아미노산 서열을 가진 당화효소 및 이를 암호화하는 유전자와 상기 유전자를 포함하는 재조합벡터, 상기 재조합벡터로 형질전환된 세포 및 상기 세포를 이용한 당화효소 생산방법에 관한 것이다.

본 발명은 밍크고래로부터 분리된 신규의 안지오텐신 변환 효소 2 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 밍크 고래 유래의 서열 번호 2의 아미노산 서열을 가진 그룹에서 선택된 어느 하나의 아미노산 서열을 가진 ACE2 및 이를 암호화하는 유전자와 상기 유전자를 포함하는 재조합벡터, 상기 재조합벡터로 형질전환된 세포 및 상기 세포를 이용한 안지오텐신 변환 효소 2 생산방법에 관한 것이다.

The present invention provides a hydrogen producing device and a hydrogen producing method, comprising; a culture machine main body which receives a culture medium containing hydrogen producing microorganisms; a filter which is located inside the culture machine main body and filters the culture medium containing hydrogen producing microorganisms; a filtrate discharge unit which discharges the filtrate filtered in the filter to the outside of the culture machine main body; a bubble generation unit which generates bubbles on the outside of the filter, smashes the bubbles to the hydrogen producing microorganisms attached to the filter, and detaches the hydrogen producing microorganisms; a medium liquid injecting unit which injects a medium liquid into the culture machine main body; and a hydrogen collecting unit which collects hydrogen gas produced by the hydrogen producing microorganisms. The present invention can effectively produce hydrogen by concentrating the hydrogen producing microorganism.

The present invention provides a hydrogen producing device and a hydrogen producing method comprising an anaerobe culture medium which receives a culture liquid containing a thermococcus bacillus which is a hydrogen producing anaerobe microorganisms; a gas bubble generating unit which generates carbon monoxide bubbles to an introduced culture liquid which is introduced in the inner side of the culture liquid received in the culture medium; a culture liquid circulating unit which introduces the introduced culture liquid into the gas bubble generating unit; a carbon monoxide supplying unit which supplies a carbon monoxide to the gas bubble generating unit; a hydrogen collection unit which collects hydrogen generated in the culture medium; and a bubble removing unit which removes floating bubbles floated on the surface of the culture liquid among the gas bubbles. The present invention can produce hydrogen effectively using a thermococcus bacillus which is an anaerobe microorganism.
