Abstract:
The present invention relates to a marker which can diagnose a metastatic brain tumor, a diagnostic composition using the same, a method for diagnosing and predicting a metastatic brain tumor, and a method for sorting drugs controlling expression or activation of the same. Specifically, the present invention relates to any one or more markers for diagnosis of metastatic brain tumor selected from a group consisting of MELK gene, a protein encoded from MELK gene, Vimentin gene, and a protein encoded from Vimentin gene, a diagnosis composition using the same, a method for diagnosing or predicting metastatic brain tumor, and a method for sorting drugs controlling expression or activation of the same.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A novel hydrazinone-substituted pyrimidine derivative is provided to effectively suppress the activation of c-Met tyrosine kinase, thereby being used as a therapeutic agent for treating various hyperpoliferative disorders related to hyperproliferation and overgrowth of cells. CONSTITUTION: A hydrazinone-substituted pyrimidine derivative of chemical formula 1 or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof is provided. A pharmaceutical composition for suppressing the activation of c-Met tyrosine kinase contains the pyrimidine derivative or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or a solvate thereof as an active ingredient. A pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating hyperproliferative disorders contains the pyrimidine derivative or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or a solvate thereof as an active ingredient.

본 발명은 외부 대기 차단 환경에서의 생존을 위한 공기정화방법과 이러한 방법을 적용하는 장치에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 수중이나 지하 또는 재난상황, 핵/화학전 발발시 대피소 및 우주공간 등 대기가 차단된 환경이나 오염된 대기 불량 환경에서 생존에 필요한 공기정화가 가능함은 공기정화와 동시에 담수생산이 가능하므로 지상의 물자공급 없이 장기간 생존 기간을 확보할 수 있도록 공기정화와 담수 공급이 가능한 공기정화방법과 그 장치에 관한 것이다.
