Thio carbamate cpd. of formula (I) is new. In the formula, R1 and R2 are H, C1-6 alkyl, cyano lower alkyl, lower alkoxycarbonylal, lower alkenyl, haloalkenyl, alkylamino, dialkylamino, or phenyl substd. by one or more H, alkyl, halogen or nitro, or substd. benzyl, substd. phenoxy phenyl, or benzene sulphonyl substd. by alky or halogen, or substd. pyridine-2-yl, substd. 1,3thiazole-2-yl, substd. 1,3,4- thiadizole-2-yl, substd. 1,3,5triazole, or R1 and R2 have opt. O together with N to be bonded; R3 is the gp. of formula (A); R4 and R5 are H, lower alkyl, haloalkyl, etc.; R6 is alkyl, haloalkyl, phthalimido, 2-oxypiperidino, etc.; Z and W are 0 or S.
Abstract:
The method for preparing brasinoride analogues or formula (I), useful as plant growth regulator, is presented. Thus, 18.0g of p- toluenesulfonyl chloride is added to 200ml of the solution having 15g of stigmasterol. The above mixture solution is reacted at the room temperature for 12 hrs and the reacted solution is added to 1 litre of 5% sodium bicarbonate solution. The obtained precipitates are filtered, washed with water and dried at below 60≦̸C under vaccum. The above solid is re-crystalized to make the white stigmasterol-3- tosilate. In (I), R is H, C1-10 aliphatic gp., cyclo or aromatic gp.

Title compds. (I)[R=H, C1-10 aliphatic group, C3-10 aliphatic side chain, cyclo, methyl methyl sulfinyl, etc. were prepd. Thus, 18.0g p-toluene sulfonyl chloride is reacted with 15.0g stigmasterol in 200ml pyridine for 12 hr and treated with 1 liter 5% KHCO3 to give stigmasteryl-3-tosilate.

An Oxyporus latemarginatus EF069 strain is provided to show strong antagonistic activity on plant diseases such as clubroot disease of Chinese cabbage, damping off of radish, Phalaenopsis Rhizoctonia solani, and blue mold of apple, thereby being usefully used in order to control the plant diseases. An Oxyporus latemarginatus EF069 strain is deposited as a deposition no. KCTC 11038BP. A microbial agent for controlling plant diseases comprises the Oxyporus latemarginatus EF069 strain, a culture material, an extract thereof, a spore or a hypha thereof. A method for controlling the plant diseases comprises a step of foliar spraying the microbial agent onto an object plant or treating soil with the microorganism or fumigating the object plant with the microbial agent.
Abstract:
A composition comprising alkyl fatty acid ester is provided to be used for efficient control of powdery mildew or rust of plants, show low toxicity on human body or domestic animal and be easily decomposed. The composition for controlling plant diseases such as powdery mildew of plants, rust or rice blast comprises an alkyl fatty acid ester selected from the group consisting of methyl or ethyl ester of C12-C18 fatty acid or a mixture thereof as an active ingredient. The composition is sprayed to plants in diluted solution form having concentration of 50 mg/l to 3,000mg/l.

본 발명은 토양 메타게놈 유래 신규 리파제 및 이를 이용하여 라세믹 에틸 2-브로모프로피오네이트 (ethyl 2-bromo propionate)를 광학선택적으로 분할하는 방법에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로 토양 미생물의 메타게놈에서 분리한 서열번호: 3 의 리파제 유전자, 이로부터 코딩되는 광학이성질체에 반응특이성을 갖는 서열번호: 4 의 리파제 단백질, 및 상기 리파제 단백질을 이용하여 라세믹 에틸 2-브로모프로피오네이트로부터 한 가지 광학이성질체를 선택적으로 가수분해하여 분할하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 신규 리파제 단백질은 광학선택성이 우수하여 라세믹 에틸 2-브로모프로피오네이트를 단일 이성질체로 순수하게 분리하는데 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
