Abstract: PURPOSE: Provided are benzimidazolone-based yellow pigments which are excellent in solvent resistance and colorfastness to light and provides a high yield, and a method for preparing the same. CONSTITUTION: The benzimidazolone-based yellow pigments represented by formula 1 are characterized in that it is prepared by using amino benzimidazolone represented by formula 9, as a diazotized compound. In the formulas, R, R1 and R2 which are the same or different, are hydrogen, C1-C4 alkyl group, nitro(-NO2) group, C1-C2 alkoxy group, C1-C18 heterocycle, methyl ester(COOCH3) or halogen group such as chloro or bromo. The yellow pigments are prepared by the steps of (i) diazotizing amino benzimidazolone compound represented by formula 9; (ii) dissolving a coupler represented by formula 11 into a solvent; (iii) mixing two solutions obtained from the steps (i) and (ii) at 0-5 deg.C; and (iv) adding base to the solution mixed in the step(iii) to adjust pH to 6-7 with stirring. In the formula 11, R, R1 and R2 are the same as the above.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A reactive blue dye is provided to improve the color yield, reactivity, fixation ratio, light fastness and wash fastness by introducing 4-aminophenyl vinylsulfone group and lower the water solubility of the dye so as to produce the dye with high purity and lower the dye concentration in wastewater by introducing 4-acetaminophenyl group. CONSTITUTION: The reactive blue dye represented by a general formula 1 comprises both 4-aminophenyl vinylsulfone group and 4-acetaminophenyl group. In the formula 1, M is hydrogen or alkali metal. The reactive blue dye is prepared by: (a) carrying out diazotization of 4-aminophenyl-vinylsulfone and coupling with 1-naphtol-8-amino-3,6-disulfonic acid, and (b) carrying out diazotization of 4-amino acetanilide and adding it to the solution from (a) for further coupling.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A transfer printing method of leather is provided that can enhances a photoresistance and a friction resistance, represents an elaborate pattern and particularly improves a cleaning resistance and dry cleaning property. CONSTITUTION: A transfer printing method of leather comprises the steps of using glutaraldehyde in a pretanning as a tanning assistant before chrome-tanning of raw leather; modifying a surface of tanned leather by coating the tanned leather with a composition comprising 45 to 55 parts of weight of water-dispersible polyester resin(10%), 10 to 20 parts of weight of acrylic resin, 3 to 8 parts of weight of polyurethane resin, 2 to 3 parts of weight of wax, 1 to 2 parts of weight of alcoholic permeating agent and 20 to 30 parts of weight of water; and printing a separately prepared transfer raw paper with a roller gravure printer.

Abstract: 안트라퀴논을 유기용매 중에서 수소화 반응시켜 안트론을 제조하고 이를 글리세린과 축합반응시켜 벤즈안트론을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 수소화 반응시 팔라듐-탄소와 산촉매를 사용하고 유기용매로서 안트라퀴논에 대하여 9-15 중량배의 클로로벤젠을 사용하고 안트론과 글리세린의 축합반응시 105∼130℃에서 황산을 사용하게 되면 전체 반응공정이 간편하고 안전하며 반응조절이 용이할 뿐아니라 반응후 폐기물의 양을 극소화 할 수 있어 환경오염의 부담을 줄이면서 비교적 싼비용으로 고순도의 벤즈안트론을 제조할 수 있다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: Provided is a water-insoluble dispersion-reactive dye having an acetoxy ethyl sulfone reactive group, which reduces pollution, dose not contain hazardous amine and metals, can be used in acidic and neutral condition, and is excellent in washing-fastness and properties. CONSTITUTION: The dispersion-reactive dye(formula 2) having the 4-aminophenyl-beta-acetoxy ethyl sulfone reactive group(formula 1) is produced by a process comprising the steps of: diazotizing the 4-aminophenyl-beta-acetoxy ethyl sulfone(formula 1); making a coupling solution by dissolving a coupler in water and concentrated hydrochloric acid; mixing the diazotized 4-aminophenyl-beta-acetoxy ethyl sulfone with the coupling solution at 0-5deg.C; adding a base to keep pH neutral condition and separating the produced dye. In the formula, R, R1, R2, and R3 are identically or differently hydrogen, alkyl, alkoxy, cyanoalkyl, amino acetyl, and amino ester.

Abstract: 본 발명은 가죽의 전사날염방법에 관한 것으로, 원피를 크롬탄닝하기 전 예비탄닝시 탄닝 보조제로 글루타르알데히드(Glutaraldehyde)를 사용하며, 탄닝이 완료된 혁에 수분산형 폴리에스테르 수지(10%) 45∼55중량부, 아크릴수지 10∼20중량부, 폴리우레탄 수지 3∼8중량부, 왁스 2∼3중량부, 알콜계 침투제 1∼2중량부, 물 20∼30중량부로 구성되는 조성물로 피복하여 표면을 개질한 후, 별도로 제조된 전사원지를 로울러형 그라비아 인쇄기로 인쇄하는 것을 특징으로 하며, 본 발명에 의한 날염방법은 일광견뢰도와 마찰견뢰도를 향상시킬 수 있고 무늬를 정교하게 표현할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 특히 세탁견뢰도와 드라이크리닝성을 향상시켜 피혁제품을 수세탁이 가능하도록 하였다.
