Abstract: PURPOSE: A structure of water pump for improvement of warming-up performance is provided to improve warming-up performance and cooling performance of an engine. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of fixed blades(1), whose number is determined to have fixed angles between themselves, are fixed to a rotary axis(2). Blade mounting parts(10) are formed on the rotary axis between the fixed blades. A variable axis(20) has variable blades(21), whose number and angles between themselves are same with the fixed blades, coupled to the blades mounting parts of the rotary axis to rotate at fixed angles. A slant groove(22) is formed on a bottom of the variable axis. Paraffin, expanding according to temperature of coolant, and an expansion axis, moved by expansion of the paraffin, are attached on the slant groove.

Abstract: PURPOSE: Weather strip mounting structure using a connecting clip is provided to improve connecting performance, reduce the working hours, and cut down the manufacturing cost. CONSTITUTION: Weather strip mounting structure using a connecting clip comprises a rubber inner weather strip belt(20), a door-upper rail(30), and a connecting clip(40). The rubber inner weather strip belt is disposed on the upper side of a main panel(10) of a door trim. On a side of the inner weather strip belt, first coupling hole(26) of a square shape are formed, and the tip of a vane unit(24) is connected to a side window glass(50). Second coupling hole(32) of a square shape are formed in the door-upper rail and are coupled together with the inner weather strip belt. The connecting clip is simultaneously inserted in the first coupling hole and the second coupling hole. Thus, the connecting performance is improved.
