Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to produce en masse a highly accurate plate material of a specified or desired pattern by providing a processing roll which performs the surface processing of blanks made of the plate material during conveying the blanks and starting the surface processing from the specified phase of the processing roll by a means for start phase control. SOLUTION: When a coating 7 is applied to the surface of the blanks 1 of a plate material, the blanks 1 are sent out by a feed conveyor 3 and are conveyed using a carrier conveyor 5 in such a manner that the blanks 1 pass the position of a transfer roll 6. On the other hand, the coating 7 is transferred to a mesh roll 8 through a doctor roll 8, and is transferred to the surface of the transfer roll 6 after the coating 7 is retained by the mesh roll 9. In this case, a gate 11 which once stops the blanks 1 sent by the feed conveyor 3 is provided between the feed conveyor 3 and the carrier conveyor 5. Further, a means for controlling start phase is constituted which operates the gate 11 with the help of a drive device 12 and controls the operation to enable randomly changing of a position for processing the blanks or changing the position to a desired spot.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To give versatility without selecting a display device to be attached and to surely and easily make this device freely attachable and detachable by providing an attaching means that is provided at two place on top of a display device with a supporting point and providing a mechanism which is applied along the curved top of a display device. SOLUTION: Around pin 16 which is provided on a lead frame 9 side and is an engaging means is guided by a guide groove 17 that is provided on an attaching means 11 and is mounted on a support point plate 19 that is provided on the means 11. In such cases, it is fixed to a prescribed position of the plate 19 by a hook 18 which holds the pin 16. In this way one means 11 can be moved like a balance with the contact point of the plate 19 and the pin 16 as a supporting point, and attaching surface 21 on which a double coated tape 20 is glued is applied on a curved top of a display device 4a. In such cases, it is important for the means 11 to provide an attaching means that has a supporting point which makes an attached surface inclined at two left and right places in all in order to apply it along the curve of the top of the display device.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make clear the border line of a coated part and a non-coated part and to facilitate the control of a coating amount by making rectangular the cross section of a jet orifice on a nozzle and jetting paint from the nozzle onto a planar body. SOLUTION: A carry conveyer 1 continuously carries a lot of planar bodies M in the direction of an arrow F while placing them at fixed intervals. A plurality of airless spray nozzles 2 is columnarly provided across above the carry conveyer 1, and their jet orifices are opposed to the carry conveyer 1 and the faces to be coated of the planar bodies M placed on it. In this case, the planar body M previously coated on its whole face is carried and only the surface of a projecting part 3 of that whole coated planar body M is coated by jetting the paint from the airless spray nozzles 2. The cross section of the jet orifice of the airless spray nozzle 2 to be used in this case is made rectangular (X=50 to 200 μm and Y-100 to about 500 μm). Thus, uniform concentration coating can be surely and easily performed.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To paint desired high definition design by arraying a plurality of paint injecting nozzles in the correlative movement direction with a planar material and in the direction intersecting with the correlative movement direction, arraying them so as to be diagonal as against the correlative movement direction with the planar material and executing painting. SOLUTION: The discharge holes of a plurality of paint injecting nozzles 2 are arranged in the upper part of a conveyor 4 towards a conveyor 4 side. The planar material 3 is placed on the conveyor 4 and carried in the direction of a arrow 13 by the conveyor 4. The plurality of paint injecting nozzles 2 are arrayed by interval along the width direction of the planar material 3 so as to constitute one line and also a plurality of lines is arranged in the carrying direction of the planar material 3 by the distance of d1, d2, d3, d4 and d5. Besides, one line and another following line are diagonally arrayed by deviating positions by the interval of a pitch (p). Thus, the pitch (p) between the nozzles is optionally set regardless of the shape of the nozzle, etc.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a hollow yarn membrane module having good workability on manufacture in a filter module in which a filter membrane is assembled in a cylindrical case by joining a body pipe and a header to constitute the cylindrical case and providing a binder housing part between the body pipe and the header of the joined part. SOLUTION: In order to house a hollow yarn membrane 7, a filter module 1 has a body case 10 consisting of a body case 2 and headers 3, and caps 4 are fitted on both the ends thereof. And the body case 10 is assembled by sticking and joining the headers 3 with both the ends of the body pipe 2 by an adhesive 6 or the like. After that, the hollow yarn membrane 7 is assembled in the body case 10 and is fixed at one end or both ends thereof by a hollow yarn fixing resin 8, and finally, caps 4 are fitted to complete the filter module 1. And when assembling the body case 10, a header recess 3c of 's' header recess depth is formed at the end part of a pipe joined face 3a to enable housing the excess adhesive 6 overflowing on adhesion work in the header recess 3c.

Each nozzle 2 is connected to each gear pump 6 in a measuring section 5 through a connection pipe 7 and the section 5 including the gear pumps 6 is connected to a coating material tank 9 through a connection pipe 8. A sensor 12 is provided in each nozzle 2 and output signals therefrom are inputted into an operation unit 11 of a controller 10 to control each gear pump 6 and/or hole opening area variable means based on coating patterns set beforehand in a storage unit 13.

Then the device is constituted so that a coating quantity may be changed by sending a command wether a rotation of the gear pump 6 may be increased or decreased from the control part 10, and also sending the command whether the spray nozzle 2 may be moved in a approaching or leaving direction from the surface of a plate material to be coated as an arrow mark indicates to the spray nozzle moving means 19.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the damage to a plate by sticking an adhesive tape on the tip of the plate on which a cover sheet is stuck in a state that the adhesive tape projects off the tip of the plate and then separating the tape projecting off the plate from the plate by a coiling means while coiling the cover sheet with the adhesive tape. SOLUTION: When a plate 1 transferred to a tape sticking means, a one-side adhesive tape 6 is continuously stuck on the cover sheet 1b of the plate tip in a state that a projecting part 6a thereof projects a predetermined width from the tip of the plate 1 and is cut by a cutter when a sensor detects the tail end of the plate. When the projecting part 6a of the tape is nipped by a rotating roller 15 and a sheet coiling means 16 while the plate 1 is transferred, the plate 1 is stopped, when the projecting part 6a of the tape is stuck on the sheet coiling means 16 and oscillated around the rotating roller 15 in this state and folded upward. When the plate 1 is transferred again, the cover sheet 16 is coiled by the sheet coiling means 16 with the one-side adhesive tape 6.

In this string winding machine, the cover member 5 is provided with a compressed air supplying passage communicating with the compressed air cylinder 2s from outside of the cover member 5.
