Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water level regulating device and the method thereof in which water level can be freely regulated by a simple device and economical process, and the outstanding effect is exhibited for the contermeasure of water shortage in particular. SOLUTION: This water level regulating device for lakes and marshes is constituted of pumps 5, 6 for charging or discharging sea water of the Japan Sea, a pipe for transferring the sea water to a bag-shaped body 3, and a flexible bag-shaped body 3 for storing the sea water. In the water level regulating method using such device when the water level of a lake or a marsh is regulated by the use of this water level regulating device, the volume of the bag-shaped body 3 is changed so as to regulate the water level, by the operation charging sea water sucked from the sea by the pump 6 into the bag-shaped body 3 provided on the bottom part of the lake or a marsh 1 through a pipe line 4 connecting together the bag-shaped body 3 and the sea 2, and the operation discharging sea water sucked from the bag-shaped body 3 by the pump 5 to the sea 2 through the pipe line 4.

Abstract: PURPOSE: To prevent persons from suffering burns by surrounding a foundation bed, which consists of a water-permeable surface layer and a cut-off lower layer and in which the coefficient of permeability is specified, by a water ditch, in which the foundation bed side is formed to be water-permeable while the lower side and the outside are formed to be water-impermeable and the quantity of water is adjusted freely. CONSTITUTION: Water is passed into a water ditch and the water ditch is filled with water while a playground is filled with water through the water-permeable surface 5 of the water ditch, and the quantity of water is adjusted and the whole surface of an artificial lawn 1 is moistened uniformly at the time of a match. The coefficient of permeability of a laminate composed of the artificial lawn 1 and water-permeable under-pads 2 is set in 0.5×10 cm/sec or more. The coefficient of permeability of a foundation bed made up of an impermeable layer 4 for permeable asphalt concrete 3 and cutoff is set in 0.5×10 cm/sec or more. The quantity of water is adjusted by using a cut-off valve and an overflow mechanism, etc. The artificial lawn contains sand as required. Accordingly, a burn due to sliding, etc., in a hard sport can be prevented, and the sultriness, etc., by radiant heat are obviated and environment can be refreshed.

Abstract: PURPOSE: To obtain a molded artificial turf multilayer structure having improved cushioning property by welding a pad material comprising expanded body to the rear surface of an artificial turf without using adhesives. CONSTITUTION: A back-lined material prepared by bonding a victoria lawn 2 to a non-woven fabric 3 is welded to the rear surface of a molded artificial turf 1 molded from resin composed mainly of polyethylene and a pad material comprising an expanded body 4 is welded to the back-lined material to form a molded artificial turf laminated structure. Next, as the expanded body 4, a polyolefin resin crosslinked expanded body with independent bubbles is preferable, and as a cross-linking method of the expanded body, an electron beam cross-linking method of carbon-carbon linkage or a chemical cross-linking method is employed. Preferably, the density of the body 4 is within the range of 0.02g/cm to 0.2g/cm to give an improved cushioning property, and the thickness of the expanded body 4 is preferably in the range of 5mm to 100mm to provide an improved cushioning property, an impact absorbing property, and an absorbing property.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve worability and the like by embedding natural turf on a sheet made of a synthetic fiber nonwoven fiber having specific properties, compositions and dimensions as its substrate. CONSTITUTION:A plural number of natural turf 1 planted and grown natural turf unit structure body are laid on a sheet substrate 2 mainly composed of a synthetic fiber nonwoven fiber such as a polyester fiber and connected together by an engaging member 3 such as an adhesive tape. The substrate 2 has its apparent density set to 0.01 to 0.3g/cm . The substrate 2 is then forced to contain 10 to 50 weight % of 100 deg. to 210 deg. low melting point polyester which is melted to integratedly form and fix the substrate 2. The thickness of the substrate 2 is set to 5 to 50mm, its width to 0.5 to 5m and its length to 2 to 30m. Thus not only can the unit structure body be laid by placing them on the earth but also easily and assuredly fixed by sticking them together, the strength of the substrate improved and sufficiently bear against severe sports such as a soccer game.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To facilitate removal and to fix more firmly by adopting a lamination structure which projects one side and recesses the other side out of two opposed sides in a rectangular-shaped unit and which allows one side to penetrate further inside from a surface material and the other to project outside from the surface and adopting a structure which vertically fits the upper and lower members. CONSTITUTION:A tile unit is formed with a surface material 1 which is either squared or rectangular in shape and a par material 2 having a recessed part and a projected part. The surface material 1 is laid on two sides which clamps an apex of a diagonal line of a pat material 2 and fixedly laminated. An uneven fitting mechanism, which projects with a constant width in the plane direction, is installed to two sides which clamps the other side apex of a diagonal line of the pat material 2. This mechanism also installed to the other side pat material of the diagonal line. This construction makes it possible to eliminate the need for specially large-sized cutting and lay the tile unit in conformity with the width or shape of a floor freely.
