Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a heat-pressed fiber sheet capable of cleaning up without damaging rolls, improved in workability and facilitymaintaining property and excellent in quality by removing stain attached to the surface of heating rolls immediately after heat from immediately after heat pressing to next heat pressing. SOLUTION: When a fiber sheet 1 constituted of high melting point fiber alone or constituted of high melting point fiber and low melting fiber is heat- pressed with heating rolls, stain attached to the surface of heating rolls immediately after pressing is removed from immediately after heat pressing to next heat pressing to provide the objective heat-pressed fiber sheet. Furthermore, the stain is preferably stripped off by a scraper 2 which comes into contact with heating roll surface and a part which comes into contact with heating roll of the scraper 2 is preferably composed of an elastomer such as silicone rubber having 30-90 spring hardness (HS=JIS A) obtained when measured according to JIS K-6301.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water level regulating device and the method thereof in which water level can be freely regulated by a simple device and economical process, and the outstanding effect is exhibited for the contermeasure of water shortage in particular. SOLUTION: This water level regulating device for lakes and marshes is constituted of pumps 5, 6 for charging or discharging sea water of the Japan Sea, a pipe for transferring the sea water to a bag-shaped body 3, and a flexible bag-shaped body 3 for storing the sea water. In the water level regulating method using such device when the water level of a lake or a marsh is regulated by the use of this water level regulating device, the volume of the bag-shaped body 3 is changed so as to regulate the water level, by the operation charging sea water sucked from the sea by the pump 6 into the bag-shaped body 3 provided on the bottom part of the lake or a marsh 1 through a pipe line 4 connecting together the bag-shaped body 3 and the sea 2, and the operation discharging sea water sucked from the bag-shaped body 3 by the pump 5 to the sea 2 through the pipe line 4.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for stably producing a nonwoven fabric with slight decline in electrification of electrified fibers due to contact and in uniformity due to adherence to a collision plate, and to provide a production unit for the nonwoven fabric. SOLUTION: This method for producing a nonwoven fabric is characteristic in that, when the nonwoven fabric is to be produced using electrification opening technique, a semiconductor having a volume resistivity of 1×10 Ω.cm to 1×10 Ω.cm is used as at least part of fiber contact members involved in the whole process from the electrification opening step through the collection of fibers onto a net conveyor 10. The other objective production unit for the nonwoven fabric has an ejector 2 for high-speed suction of fibers, an electrification section 5 for forcedly electrifying fibers, and a collision plate 8 for altering the jet direction of electrified fiber stream between the electrification section 5 and the net conveyor 10; wherein at least the collision plate 8 is made of a semiconductor having a volume resistivity of 1×10 Ω.cm to 1×10 Ω.cm.

Abstract: PURPOSE: To provide a method of stably producing an excellent fiber sheet impregnated with resin in which the problem solution from the viewpoint of quality, working and cost such as those that the generation and the sticking of gum are prevented, the squeezing rate is not changed even for long time use, the cleaning in a short time is performed and the renewal of a roll is not required are achieved. CONSTITUTION: In a method of producing a fiber sheet impregnated with resin 1, after liquid resin is given to a fiber sheet, when removing excess resin liquid by a squeezing roll 2, the excess resin liquid present on the squeezing roll 2 is washed out with the resin liquid.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain base fabric for tufted carpets excellent in tufts and the dimensional stability in dyeing and good in processability with no interlaminar debonding by adhesive setting with an emulsion-based binder in addition to the partial hot melt bonding with a low-melting component. CONSTITUTION:Firstly, nonwoven fabric is produced using continuous filaments composed of the high-melting and low-melting components of polyester with the low-melting component such as an isophthalic acid- or adipic acid- copolymerized polyester accounting for 5-25wt.% of the whole fiber component. Thence, the nonwoven fabric is put to partial hot press bonding with the press bonding area accounting for 8-25% fo the nonwoven fabric's area using a hot embossing roller. Furthermore, the resulting nonwoven fabric is imparted with an emulsion-type binder such as of an acrylic resin, its mixture with melamine resin or synthetic rubber at 5-15wt.% based on the whole fiber component followed by adhesive setting, thus obtaining the objective base fabric for tufted carpets.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain base fabric for tufted carpets excellent in tufts and the dimensional stability in dyeing and free from pile stitch droppings and interlaminar debonding by laminating fibrous layers consisting of continuous filaments composed of high-melting and low-melting components followed by partial hot melt bonding. CONSTITUTION:Firstly, fibrous layers are produced using continuous filaments composed of (A) polyethylene terephthalate as the high-melting component and (B) an isophthalic acid- or adipic acid-copolymerized polyester as the low- melting component with the weight ratio B/AX100=5-25 %. Thence, these fibrous layers are laminated in such a manner that the maximal interlaminar difference in the weight ratio B/AX100 fall between 5 % and 20 % and this value decrease toward the fibrous layer on the pile side, and the resulting laminate is put to partial hot press bonding through an embossing roller into the objective base fabric. This base fabric is then implanted with pile yarns using a tufting machine to obtain the other objective uniform tufted carpet.
