Abstract:
A lift and slide wing comprising, at its lateral edge, a recess in which are housed operational mechanisms for releasing the wing from the counter-edge of the frame and allowing it to open. In the recess of the wing (2) moreover actuation means for actuating the aforementioned operational mechanisms are housed, such actuation means comprising an electric motor (16) which actuates a worm screw (19) with which a nut (20), which can translate parallel to said screw, is thread-engaged. The nut (20) is connected integral in translation with connection rods (23,24) having rack portions that are engaged with gearwheels (21,22) having square-shaped tangs inserted with prismatic engagement inside the follower of said operational mechanisms.
Abstract:
Abstract:
Presented herein is a novel sliding door system that that enables adjustment of at least two sliding doors relative to each other such that surfaces of the sliding doors create a substantially flush surface a support onto which the sliding door mechanism is mounted. The system includes at least one inner and outer sliding door slidably coupled to corresponding guide rails. The guide rail that is coupled to the outer sliding door is selectably moveable by a sliding door mechanism between a first and a second position. In the first position, a user can slide outer and inner sliding doors along said guide rails, whereas in the second position, a surface of the outer sliding door is substantially flush with a surface of said inner sliding door.
Abstract:
The conventional pneumatic cylinder acting on a longitudinal guide (3) for sliding doors, with which said doors (1) are released or locked in the body (2) of the car, simultaneously acts on a shaft (4) to which is radially attached a crank (5) that on its free end is hinged to a connecting rod (6), that is in turn hinged to the longitudinal guide (3), so that when the longitudinal guide (3) is displaced outwards so that the doors (1) may slide in order to open or close, the crank (5) and the connecting rod (6) form a small angle α, that is gradually reduced during the maneuver that locks the guide (3) and therefore the doors (1), until an end position in which the value of said angle slightly exceeds zero, and in which the aforementioned connecting rod (6) acts as a blocking and safety element that keeps the doors in the locked position, preventing their improper opening.
Abstract:
The sliding door is associated with a carriage or support (5) by a telescopic guide, which extends parallel to the door and can be displaced on transversal guides (4) when it is actuated by a pneumatic piston (12) determining two positions of said carriage (5): a retracting position corresponding to the embedding of the door and an outward projecting position in which the door is also projected outward so that it can be displaced longitudinally towards the opening position. A linear motor (14) is mounted on the carriage-support (5) whose output is coupled to the door by means of an appropriate transmission to transmit its longitudinal movement to the door. The door thus describes an angular and straight trajectory, i.e. with an open segment of the door parallel to its own plane and a second segment perpendicular to the first segment and corresponding to the position of embedding.
Abstract:
The sliding door, by means of a telescoping guide, is related to a carriage or support (5) elongated parallel to the door, which may move along transversal guides (4) when acted upon by a pneumatic piston (12) which defines for said carriage (5) two positions, one of retraction corresponding to the door being locked in position, and another of outwards projection in which the door is also projected outwards so that it may move longitudinally to the open position. Said carriage-support (5) is provided with a linear motor (14), the output of which is coupled by means of a suitable transmission to the door itself, in order to supply its longitudinal motion to the latter. In this manner the door follows an angular and straight path, that is with an opening segment parallel to its plane and a second segment perpendicular to the former and which corresponds to the locking operation.
Abstract:
The mechanism comprises longitudinal rails (12) and, for each door, a double slide assembly (14) of which a first slide (16) slides along the rails and a second slide (18), constrained to the door (A), moves at right angles to the first slide (16) between a retracted position in which the door is closed and an extracted position in which the door is opened, at a distance from said first position at least equal to the thickness of the door or a multiple thereof. A longitudinal traverse of the slide assembly (14) is allowed only when the second slide (18) is in the extracted position with respect to the first (16). The retracted position is forced by spring means (36) between the second slide and the first slide. The width of the slide assembly is smaller than the width of the door, generally being half, a third or a quarter thereof. In a wardrobe with a plurality of doors, the mechanism allows any one of the doors to be opened with exactly the same extracting and sliding movement; it also allows more than one compartment to be opened at the same time, in practice as many as all the doors of wardrobe but one, in front of which the doors are disposed parallel to each other.
Abstract:
It is aimed to provide a railway vehicle plug door device capable of easily ensuring airtightness between a side structure body and a door leaf even if the railway vehicle plug door device is installed in a side structure body having a structure assembled by joining structural members by welding and including a bent part. A frame body 12 is mounted on a part constituting an entrance 101 in a side structure body 100 by a mechanical fastening structure. A seal member 13 is mounted on at least one of a door leaf 11 and the frame body 12 and held in close contact with both the door leaf 11 and the frame body 12 when the door leaf 11 closes the entrance 101.
