Abstract: PURPOSE: A photoresponsive hydrogel is provided to control the emission of light under 260 nm by reducing the cross-linking density of hydrogel by irradiating with a light in 260 nm or less, or increasing the cross-linked density by irradiating with a light in 310 nm or more. CONSTITUTION: A photoresponsive hydrogel is formed by photocrosslinking an aqueous polymer combined with photocrosslinking the water-aqueous polymer combined with a coumarin derivative, and can control the emission of water-soluble target material by photo-irradiation. A manufacturing method of the photosensitive hydrogel comprises: a step of binding a coumarin derivative to an aqueous polymer; a step of manufacturing hydrogel by photo-crosslinking an aqueous polymer solution combined with a coumarin derivative, and a step of mounting a hydrophilic target material to the hydrogel.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A hydrogel is provided to selectively discharge target materials according to pH and to be prepared without a chemical cross-linker. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing hydrogel comprises the steps of: dissolving an acidic polymer with an acidic group and pH value lower than pH of water to prepare an acidic polymer solution; dissolving a basic polymer with a base group and pK value higher than pH of water; and mixing acidic polymer water solution, basic polymer solution and a capture material.

Abstract: An alginate particle containing poly(N-isopropylacrylamide) is provided to emit a relatively small amount of capture target materials below Tg of poly(N-isopropylacrylamide) and emit a relatively large amount of the capture target materials above the Tg of poly(N-isopropylacrylamide). A method for preparing an alginate particle having capture target materials comprises the following steps of: melting or dispersing capture target materials in a liquid or colloidal suspension containing a copolymer of poly(N-isopropylacrylamide) and alginate; and dropping or spraying the liquid or colloidal suspension in a solution with Ca^(2+), Mg^(2+), Al^(3+), Cr^(3+). The copolymer of poly(N-isopropylacrylamide) and alginate is prepared by reacting a NH2 group to poly(N-isopropylacrylamide) and then condensation-reacting the poly(N-isopropylacrylamide) to a carboxyl group of the alginate.
