A wafer level cumulating package and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to perform connection of up and down semiconductor chips through a rewiring pattern of a shape extended to the outside of a fan-out structure, and integrate the rewiring patterns into one through a via contact. A wafer level cumulating package(100) comprises a second semiconductor chip(110) which is mounted on a first semiconductor chip(104) so that an active area turns upward through an adhesive member(124). A first sealing unit(106) is formed along an edge of the first semiconductor chip. A second sealing unit(112) is formed on the first sealing unit along an edge of the second semiconductor chip. A first rewiring pattern(108) is connected with a bond pad of the first semiconductor chip on an upper part of the first semiconductor chip, and extended onto the first sealing unit. A second rewiring pattern(116) is connected with a bond pad of the second semiconductor chip on an upper part of the second semiconductor chip, and extended onto the second sealing unit. A via contact(118) connects the first rewiring pattern and the second rewiring pattern in the inside of the second sealing unit. A solder ball is a protrusion type connection terminal(120) adhered onto the via contact and the second rewiring pattern. At this time, the protrusion type connection terminal can be replaced by a bump instead of the solder ball.

A code book selection device for maximum likelihood detection in a multi input/output wireless communication system and a method thereof are provided to select an optimum precoding matrix with small calculation quantity so that ML(Maximum Likelihood) reception end selects a codebook by using an approximate formula. An operator(204-1 ~ 204-L) calculates a minimum Euclidean distance by substituting multiplying channel matrix and precoding matrix to an approximate formula. A selector(206-1 ~ 206-L) selects the minimum Euclidean distance corresponding to a precoding matrix. A searcher(208) searches the maximum value of minimum Euclidean distances corresponding to usable all precoding matricx. (Ui, H) searches maximum value of the approximate formula about k-th condition. The precoding matrix information corresponding to the maximum value is fed back to a transmitting end.

An apparatus for providing multiple screens and a method for dynamically configuring the multiple screens are provided to configure a plurality of screens dynamically providing a plurality of contents on physical display screens. A digital signal processing module(940) receives video information, audio information or data information and restores a related service. A service processing module(950) generates logical screens expressing the restored service. An output module(960) disposes the plurality of generated logical screens at each different position in an output screen. The logical screens have attribute information indicating whether the logical screens are to be shown on the output screen.

An apparatus for providing multiple screens and a method for dynamically configuring the multiple screens are provided to express a plurality of services in various forms on physical display screens. A broadcast signal receiving module(910) receives a satellite, terrestrial or cable broadcast signal and transfers the same signal. A storage medium(920) stores video information, audio information or data information of a service. An external input module(930) receives the video information, the audio information or the data information from a device connected by a network and transfers it. A digital signal processing module(940) stores a service by using received service components. A service processing module(950) generates a logical screen and an output screen to express the restored service. An output module(960) maps logical screens generated by the service processing module to a certain region on the output screen, and outputs them. The output screen outputted by the output module is outputted via a physical display screen(970) or stored in a storage medium(980).

An apparatus and a method for providing paths are provided to provide a driver with a customized path according to the travel purpose of the driver. An apparatus for providing paths includes a potential path extracting unit(230), a numerical performance calculating unit(240), and a path selecting unit(270). The potential path extracting unit receives destination information and current position information and extracts one or more potential paths connecting the current position and the destination in reference to map data. The numerical performance calculating unit calculates numerical performance for each path by adding up numerical performances for at least one or more sections of each path. The path selecting unit selects an optimal path of the potential paths based on the numerical performance.

An apparatus for providing multi-screens and a method for configuring the multi-screens dynamically are provided to enable a first logical screen and a second logical screen to be mapped to a predetermined region and be displayed on an output screen, thereby providing plural contents on a physical displays screen. A module sets the screen property information of screens including the arrangement method of the screens and checks a state of the screen property information. A module connects a first screen having correlation between a service and the screens and a second screen having correlation between the screens and output ports. The screen property information setting module checks that the first screen is a logical screen(620,630) and the second screen is an output screen(610) when the screens have the logical screen of a virtual screen and the output screen outputted to a display screen.

A semiconductor device and a method for fabricating the same are provided to improve the characteristic such as threshold voltage and carrier mobility of the semiconductor device by forming a PMOS transistor on a SiGe channel region and an NMOS transistor on a Si channel region. A semiconductor device comprises a semiconductor substrate(100), a PMOS transistor(120P), and an NMOS transistor(120N). The semiconductor substrate includes a PMOS transistor region(I) and an NMOS transistor region(II). The PMOS transistor is positioned in the PMOS transistor region, and has P-type source/drain regions(129P) and a gate electrode(126) formed on a gate insulating film(121) having high dielectric constant positioned in a SiGe channel region(A) between the P-type source/drain regions.
