PURPOSE: A method for producing a large amount of fruit bodies of Mycoleptodonoides aitchisonii by artificial culture is provided. CONSTITUTION: A method for culturing Mycoleptodonoides aitchisonii strains comprises: a step of culturing mycelium of Mycoleptodonoides aitchisonii in YMG, MYPA, ME, PDA solid medium or GP or GT liquid medium at 20-25 degrees Celsius and pH 5-6; and a step of culturing mycelium of Mycoleptodonoides aitchisonii in a medium containing 0.1% MgSO_4H_2O, 0.05% of asparagines, 1% of sucrose, rice bran, wheat flour, and corn powder.

PURPOSE: A composition for preventing and treating diabetes using Mycoleptodonoides aitchisonii is provided to ensure antioxidation and anti-diabetes effect. CONSTITUTION: A composition for preventing and treating diabetes contains Mycoleptodonoides aitchisonii extract as an active ingredient. The extract is isolated from a fruit body of Mycoleptodonoides aitchisonii. Mycoleptodonoides aitchisonii is prepared by culturing at pH 5.0-6.0 and 20-30°C in a medium containing 1-10g of glucose, 5-20g of malt extract, 1-10g of yeast extract, and 10-30g of agar. The composition additionally contains yacon extract.

PURPOSE: A perfume composition containing natural perfume from forest trees is provided to ensure excellent scent and to ensure eco-friendly natural perfume. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing perfume composition containing natural perfume from forest trees comprises: a step of isolating leaves and stems of Cinnamomum iaponicum or Chamaecyparis obtuse by steam distillation to prepare essential oil; and a step of preparing natural perfume containing one or more selected among the essential oil, Dendropanax morbifera liquid, and absolute of Robinia pseudoacacia or Chamaecyparis obtuse(S100). The perfume composition contains 0.03-0.13 wt% of the natural perfume.

본 발명은 칡 뿌리, 꽃 및 잎 중에서 어느 하나 이상의 부위로부터 칡 추출물을 제조하는 단계; 및 탈지분유를 물에 희석한 후 멸균한 요구르트 베이스에 상기 칡 추출물과 식물성 유산균을 첨가한 후 발효시키는 단계; 맑은 유자쥬스를 가미하는 단계;를 포함하는 칡을 이용한 유산균 발효유의 제조방법에 관한 것으로 칡에 고농도로 함유된 배당체 형태의 식물성여성호르몬을 인체에 소화되기 용이한 비배당체로 전환함으로써, 칡의 기능성을 최대한 활용하면서 관능적으로 우수한 유산균 발효유를 제조할 수 있는 칡을 이용한 유산균 발효유의 제조방법을 제공한다.

PURPOSE: A method for extracting female hormone from Cirsium japonicum is provided to obtain a pharmacologically active material of high value added. CONSTITUTION: A method for extracting silymarin from Cirsium japonicum comprises: a step of collecting and washing Cirsium japonicum and drying in an oven at 70°C for three days; a step of pulverizing dried Cirsium japonicum to obtain dried Cirsium japonicum sample; a step of maintaining the dried Cirsium japonicum sample at constant temperature and moisture degree; a step of refluxing the dried Cirsium japonicum sample using 70-90% of methanol at 50-70°C for 100-150 minutes two or five times; a step of cooling the methanol solution by room temperature and concentrating; and a step of adding 130-200 ml of ethyl acetate.
