Abstract:
The present invention relates a nonvolatile memory device to improve data retention properties by inserting a self-assembled monolayer having a dipole into a space between a floating gate and a tunneling dielectric and adjusting the work function of the floating gate. According to the present invention, leakage current decreases as the Fermi level of the floating gate and the work function are adjusted by the dipole moment of the self-assembled monolayer and an energy barrier about electron transfer towards a semiconductor film from the floating gate increases. Therefore, data retention properties are improved.

PURPOSE: A transparent display apparatus is provided to selectively control transparency and visibility using a blind panel of cholesteric liquid crystal base. CONSTITUTION: An image display unit(10) displays an image using an element consisting of transparent material. A blind panel(20) is combined with the bottom of the image display unit. The blind panel transmits light of visible light band among lights radiated to the blind panel side or reflects the light to the image display side after passing through the image display unit. The blind panel comprises a CLC(Cholesteric Liquid Crystal) which is combined between a first transparent electrode for applying voltage and a transparent electrode more than one layer.

PURPOSE: An organic vapor phase jet printing device for manufacturing a high performance organic thin film transistor, a manufacturing method of the high performance organic thin film transistor, and the high performance organic thin film transistor manufactured using the same are provided to greatly improve power efficiency while minimizing constant resistance and an injection energy barrier. CONSTITUTION: A first storage chamber(210) and a second storage chamber(230) store an organic semiconductor material and a dopant material. A mixing chamber(200) selectively stores an organic semiconductor material and a dopant material of a vapor phase. A nozzle(205) is included in the end of the mixing chamber to spray a stored organic material in a jet state. Passages(215,235) for carrying an organic material are formed between a first storage chamber and a second storage chamber and the mixing chamber. A plurality of on and off valves(300) individually controls the flow of carrier gas for carrying each organic material.

PURPOSE: An organic vapor-jet printing device is provided to simultaneously turn off a solenoid valve and stop the injection of an organic vapor jet. CONSTITUTION: An organic vapor-jet printing device(100) comprises a nozzle block(20), a solenoid valve(30), and a suction unit(40). A supply path(211), a storage path(212), and a discharge path(213) are formed inside the nozzle block. The nozzle block forms an organic vapor jet by receiving organic materials transferred by carrier gas. The solenoid valve comprises a nozzle body(32) and a controller(34). The nozzle body is inserted into the storage path and has a stopper unit(31). The controller opens and closes the discharge path by moving the nozzle body. The suction unit is installed in the nozzle body and inhales the organic materials remained in the discharge path.

CONSTITUTION: A first photoelectric conversion unit(200) includes a first electrode unit(210), a first photoelectric conversion layer(230), and a second electrode unit(250). A second photoelectric conversion unit(300) includes a third electrode unit(310), a second photoelectric conversion layer(330), and a fourth electrode unit(350). The first photoelectric conversion unit and the second photoelectric conversion unit are located on both sides of a substrate unit(100). The substrate unit includes a first substrate and a second substrate.

PURPOSE: A transparent organic light emitting diode display apparatus with a solar cell and a method for manufacturing thereof are provided to absorb light from an OLED to a solar cell by forming a transparent intermediate layer between the solar cell and the display unit. CONSTITUTION: A display unit comprises an OLED(Organic Light Emitting Diode) display(100) and a driver circuit. A solar cell(130) converts light into electricity to supply power to the display unit. A transparent intermediate layer(120) is formed between a transparent organic light emitting diode display and the solar cell. The transparent intermediate layer controls the permeability of the light arriving in at the upper part of the solar cell.

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a thin film transistor having a titanium oxide as an active layer and a structure thereof are provided to reduce manufacturing cost of the thin film transistor, by forming a polycrystalline or amorphous titanium oxide as the active layer of the thin film transistor. CONSTITUTION: An active layer(140) is formed by using a polycrystalline or amorphous titanium oxide on a substrate. An insulating layer is formed on the active layer. The active layer is formed with the oxygen-vacant titanium oxide by controlling oxygen vacancy of the titanium oxide according to a coating method. A gate electrode(160) is formed on the insulating layer. A source electrode and a drain electrode are formed on the substrate and are covered by the active layer.

CONSTITUTION: A thin film transistor includes a metal oxide active layer(230), a gate electrode(210), a gate insulation layer(220), a source electrode(250), and a drain electrode(260). The gate electrode is partially overlapped in a metal oxide active layer. The gate insulation layer is prepared between the metal oxide active layer and the gate electrode. The source and drain electrodes are partially connected to the metal oxide active layer.

PURPOSE: A display apparatus is provided to increase the contrast ratio of an image by selectively adjusting the permeability of a desired area in a transparent image panel. CONSTITUTION: According to an electric signal, a transparent image panel(200) displays an image. Blind panels(210) control the transmittance so that the light transmitted through the transparent image panel can be selectively transmitted by being formed on the front side and back side of the transparent image panel. The blind panels control the transmittance of the light transmitted through one of the front side and back side of the transparent image panel, generates an image corresponding to the image displayed on the transparent image panel, and adjusts the transmittance of the light transmitted through the generated image.
