    Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing the electrode of a photoelectric device is provided to omit a process of etching a substrate for an electrode by forming a groove on the substrate for the electrode to insert a metal grid. CONSTITUTION: Substrate base solutions for an electrode are formed with the substrate shape for the electrode by using a forming unit. A groove(102) for inserting a metal grid is formed on one side of the substrate for the electrode to insert a metal grid. A metal grid(110) is formed by inserting metallic materials with low resistance to the inner side of the groove for inserting the metal grid. A transparent conductive layer(130) is coated on the surface of the substrate for the electrode with the metal grid.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A method fro manufacturing a flexible organic thin film solar cell processed with ion beams and a solar cell manufactured by the same are provided to reduce process costs by forming a nano pattern on a substrate with an ion beam process. CONSTITUTION: A nano pattern with an uneven structure is formed by radiating ion beams on the surface of a flexible plastic film substrate(11). A lower electrode layer(12), a photoactive layer(14), and an upper electrode layer(15) are successively laminated. The lower electrode layer has the thickness of a nano scale on the nano pattern of the substrate. The photoactive layer performs photoelectric conversion. A donor and an acceptor form a nano pattern and a bulk hetero junction structure in the photoactive layer.
