Abstract: PURPOSE: An adaptive cruise control system sensing a vehicle that cuts in line is provided to enable a driver to flexibly cope with the situation in which vehicles cut in line by resetting the vehicles as a target vehicle of a radar. CONSTITUTION: An adaptive cruise control system sensing a vehicle that cuts in line comprises a camera(10), a radar(11), a lane extracting unit(12), a detecting unit(13), and a radar controller(14). The camera takes a photograph of the front region of the vehicles. The radar produces distance data between an own vehicle and a target vehicle, and the velocity of the target vehicle. The lane extracting unit extracts the lane on which the own vehicle is driven. The detecting unit checks the blinking of the turn signal lamp of the vehicle and detects the vehicle which cuts in line. The radar controller changes the target vehicle into a vehicle detected from the detecting unit.

Abstract: A non-contact RF MEMS(Radio Frequency MicroElectroMechanical System) switch is provided to remarkably improve credibility of the switch, and advance commercialization of the switch by solving stiction problem as well as micro welding problem. A non-contact RF MEMS(Radio Frequency MicroElectroMechanical System) system switch comprises a substrate, a signal line, a ground, a signal line comb part, a drive unit and a comb unit of the drive unit. The substrate is laminated on an upper surface with silicon(13). The signal line is formed on the substrate. The ground is formed to be spaced from the signal line. The signal line comb part is formed on both side of the signal line in ground direction, and forms a plurality of protrusions on an end so as to have equal distance. The drive unit is formed on the substrate to be opposite to each other, and driven in horizontal direction. The comb unit of the drive unit is integrally formed with the drive unit so as to be opposite to the signal line comb part by predetermined distance.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An electro rheology damper is provided to remove an electric discharge and to evenly flow electro rheology fluid between electrodes. CONSTITUTION: An electro rheology damper is installed to form a route for electro rheology fluid between an outer cylinder(2) performing a task as a negative electrode and an inner cylinder(4) obtaining a high voltage. The inner cylinder is supported by upper and lower supporting members(6,8) inside of the outer cylinder. An electronic connector(10) is installed to obtain the high voltage in the inner cylinder. The electric discharge is prevented by forming the outside diameter of the upper end and the lower end of the inner cylinder smaller than the outside diameter of a middle part.
