    Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve surface hardness and the close sticking quality of a ceramic coating layer and the durability of a compressor by using a vane strengthened by means of a complex film consisting of the ceramic coating layer and a nitrogen ion injection layer underneath it. CONSTITUTION:A compressor 1 compresses the gas in a cylinder 4 by rotating a roller 6 fitted to the eccentric portion of a shaft 2 to be subjected to motor rotation while the roller 6 is coming into contact with the inner periphery of the cylinder 4 and the tip of a vane 7. In this instance, the vane 7 is formed of what is a base material that consists of alloy steel or a sintered material of an iron system and is injected with nitrogen ion, and then on whose tip portion surface the ceramic coating of nitrified chrome is administered. Or formation is carried out of what is a base material that consists of alloy steel or a sintered material of an iron system and is injected with chrome ion and then on whose tip portion surface the ceramic coating of nitrified chrome is a deministered. As a result, the improvement of surface hardness and the close sticking quality of the ceramic coating layer is realized.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent coolant lubrication at the time of starting by providing a mechanical part, a motor part, an oil supplying device, and heater in a sealed type caing wherein coolant and refregerator oil are sealed, and also providing a sensor on a lower part of an oil supplying part of the oil supply device for sensing separation of oil and coolant. CONSTITUTION:When a motor 10 of a sealed type compressor is stopped, an insulative resistance between an insulative resistance sensor 16 and the sealed type compressor is measured. When the insulative compresse is a specified value or lower, electric current is supplied to a heater 14 by means of an electric supply control device 15 for heater to heat refregerator oil and coolant. Separation of the refregerator oil and the coolant is prevented by increasing a temperature and coolant lubrication at the starting time of the compressor is avoided. Electric insulativeness is improved because a solution ratio of the coolant into the refregerator oil is decreased and an oil level is lowered.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To maintain the assembly precision of a main shaft and a bearing in spite of a worn pin and extend the life of the bearing by arranging the pin, which is made of solid lubrication material and slided in contact with the bearing supporting the main shaft, on the main shaft driving a mechanical portion. CONSTITUTION:A compressor is provided with a main shaft 1 to drive at least a mechanical portion and a bearing 2 to support the main shaft 1. A groove formed in the main shaft 1 has a pin 4 which is made of solid lubrication material arranged inside. The pin 4 is pressed against the bearing 2 by centrifugal force resulting from the rotation of the main shaft 1. In this case, by depositing the wear powder of the solid lubrication material at the pin 4 which is slided in contact with the bearing 2 on the inner periphery of the bearing 2, lubrication is run between the main shaft 1 and the bearing 2. It is thus possible to keep the assembly precision of the main shaft 1 and the bearing 2 constant even if the pin 4 is changed in size due to wear and to extend the life of the bearing 2.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve the abrasion resistance of a bearing hole while maintaining the processability and the intensity by making a crank shaft of the metal basic material coated with ceramic, and attaching a bush made of the metal impregnating carbon material to a bearing part of a turning scroll. CONSTITUTION:A fixed scroll 1 and a turning scroll 2 are comprised, and while an eccentric part 3a where a shaft core is eccentrically displaced is provided in a crank shaft 3, and this crank shaft 3 is turnably engaged with a bearing hole 2a formed in a back surface of the turning scroll 2. The crank shaft 3 is supported by a roller bearing 5 attached to a block 4 and a bearing part 4a formed under the block 4. The crank shaft 3 is made of steel, and a titanium nitride plasma CVD layer 3b is formed in only the eccentric part 3a. The turning scroll 2 is made of cast-iron, and a bush 2c made of the aluminum impregnating carbon material is pressed-in the bearing hole 2a. The abrasion resistance of the bearing part can be thereby improved.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To reduce frictional loss between a shaft and a bearing by providing a bearing member having a recessed part with an area less than one eighth of the whole inner surface and with a fixed depth in a main and a sub bearings at the circumferential angel of less than 90 deg. from a vane in the reversely rotating direction of the shaft. CONSTITUTION:The recessed part 18a provided on the inner diameter side of a bearing member 18 fitted into a main bearing 7 is positioned within at least 90 deg. from the position of a vane 6 in the reversely rotating direction of a shaft 3, and its area is made less than one eighth of the whole inner surface area. With this structure, the shaft 3 is eccentric approximately in the range of 120 deg.theta1-180 deg.theta2 due to the load acted upon the shaft 3 at the time of operation, so that frictional loss generated by the friction between the fluid and lubricating oil supplied between the shaft 3 and the bearing member 18 is decreased by providing the recessed part 18a at the bearing member 18 on the reverse eccentricity side of the shaft 3. In addition fluid friction is scarcely generated by making the depth of the recessed part 18a 0.1-0.5mm, so that frictional loss can be reduced.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve the performance of a compressor by forming at least one of the vane or roller of a rotary compressor with an iron sintered alloy uniformly dispersed with ceramic powder. CONSTITUTION:The roller 8 and vane 9 of a rotary compressor 1 are formed with an iron sintered alloy dispersed with silicon carbide, and the roller 8 and vane 9 are held by a main bearing 6 and an auxiliary bearing 7 from both sides at an adequate clearance. The ceramic content in the sintered alloy forming the roller 8 and vane 9 is set to 0.1-10wt.%, and the ceramic grain size is set to 0.1-3mum. Since the size change of the sintered alloy due to the elapsed time is small according to this constitution of the rotary compressor 1, the clearance between the roller 8 and vane 9 and the main bearing 5 and auxiliary bearing 7 can be made small. The leakage of the high-compression gas in a cylinder 4 is reduced, and the performance of the compressor can be improved.

Therefore, the sealing faculty at the contact point between the roller 1 and the cylinder 3 can be improved.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve reliability of explosionproof when air is mixed into a freezing cycle owing to bad welding. etc., in the freezing cycle such as a refrigerator and an air conditioner, and the life where hydrocarbon is used as a refrigerant. SOLUTION: In a freezing cycle comprised of a compressor 1, a condenser 2, an expansion mechanism 3, and an evaporator 4, there are provided an oxygen adsorbent 7 comprising reducing iron or activated carbon, a case 8 for containing the oxygen adsorbent 7, and a transparent plate 9 for transmitting oxygen in the freezing cycle and partitioning the oxygen adsorbent 7 and the freezing cycle. Hereby, when air is mixed into the freezing cycle owing to bad welding and the like, oxygen concentration with respect to hydrocarbon in the compressor 1 is prevented from reaching an explosion region, and even when any spark is produced at a stator (not shown) of an electric motor in the compressor 1, fire is prevented from being induced and exploded on the hydrocarbon, whereby there is ensured a freezing cycle having high reliability against explosionproof.
