Abstract: This disclosure relates to si delink carrier aggregation, and includes a method and apparatus for receiving a configuration indicating a subset of Uu component carriers (CCs) of a plurality of Uu CCs from a network entity; receiving a downlink control information (DCI) via the subset of Uu CCs from the network entity based on receiving the configuration, wherein the DCI schedules sidelink transmissions for the first UE via a plurality of sidelink CCs; and communicating on a subset of sidelink CCs with a second user equipment (UE) based on the DCI.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A communication device, such as a user equipment (UE) and a base station, for example, an eNodeB (eNB), a next-generation NodeB or a giga-NodeB (either of which may be referred to as a gNB) may support techniques for transformation of analog beamforming codebooks. The communication device may modify an analog beamforming codebook based on a covariance matrix associated with interference and noise in a wireless communication system. For example, the communication device may rotate the analog beamforming codebook based on the estimated covariance matrix, or scale one or more beam weights associated with the analog beamforming codebook based on the estimated covariance matrix, or both. The communication device may thereby perform wireless communication with another communication device in the wireless communication system using the modified analog beamforming codebook.

In some aspects, a network node may transmit, to a first integrated access and backhaul (IAB) donor central unit (CU), an indication of a first priority level associated with a first communication resource served by a distributed unit (DU) of the network node and a second priority level associated with a second communication resource served by the DU, wherein the first priority level is higher than the second priority level. The network node may receive, from the first IAB donor CU, a first resource configuration for the first communication resource based at least in part on the indication of the first priority level. Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may receive a reporting configuration that may include a number of channel measurement or interference measurement resource sets that the UE may measure in accordance with one or more reporting quantities. Based on receiving multiple resource sets in a reporting configuration from the base station, the UE may generate and transmit a measurement report including resource sets contained in the reporting configuration. This may allow the UE to report different report quantities between different resource sets indicated by a base station. In addition, the UE may be configured to rank measurements using different reporting quantities. The report configuration may configure the UE to perform measurements of different resources in accordance with one or more reporting quantities, and the UE may apply a rule to rank different measurements based on the indicated reporting quantities.

Abstract: Aspects presented herein may enhance the configuration of the scheduling offset for communication devices within a channelized frequency band. In one aspect, a UE receives a PDCCH including a scheduling offset parameter. The PDCCH schedules one of a PDSCH for reception in a first sub-band within a BWP or provides an uplink scheduling grant of a PUSCH for transmission in a second sub-band within the BWP. The UE communicates with a base station based on one of a slot for receiving the PDSCH based on the first sub-band within the BWP and the scheduling offset parameter when the PDCCH schedules the PDSCH, or a slot for transmitting the PUSCH based on the second sub-band within the BWP and the scheduling offset parameter when a PUCCH is used to schedule the PUSCH.

Aspects presented herein may enable the communication device to adjust one or more parameter of a power control loop based the sub-band used within a BWP or based on the channel used within a channelized frequency band. In one aspect, a UE receives at least one power control parameter for transmitting one of a first PUSCH, a first PUCCH, or a first SRS to a base station. The UE transmits the one of the first PUSCH, the first PUCCH, or the first SRS at a first power based on a first sub-band within a BWP.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A first user equipment (UE) may receive, from a second UE a sidelink control information transmission associated with a first transmission configuration indicator (TCI) state over a sidelink channel. The first UE may determine that the sidelink control information transmission reserves time and frequency resources for a sidelink data transmission associated with a second TCI state. In some examples, the second TCI state may be different from the first TCI state. The first UE may then selectively enable or disable a resource protection procedure for the reserved time and frequency resources based on the determination and a signal strength associated with the first TCI state or the second TCI state, a network congestion parameter, or a data priority associated with the sidelink data transmission.

In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may transmit, to a base station, a report that includes measurements associated with one or more downlink reference signals that are received using a set of candidate downlink beams. The UE may transmit one or more uplink reference signals using a set of candidate uplink beams. The UE may receive, from the base station, information that indicates, among the set of candidate downlink beams and the set of candidate uplink beams, a best uplink beam to use for one or more uplink transmissions. For example, the base station may select the best uplink beam based at least in part on the measurements associated with the one or more downlink reference signals and measurements associated with the one or more uplink reference signals.
