Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, methods, and apparatuses, including computer programs encoded on computer storage media, for enabling a wireless system implementing multicast transmissions to control feedback reports from multiple user equipments (UEs) and to address feedback codebook misalignment issues. In particular, aspects provide for multicast transmission grants including multiple feedback timing indicators (K1) in which the multicast transmission grants are configured to configure different UEs for multicast transmission feedback reporting in which feedback codebooks transmitted in various uplink control transmission occasions from the different UEs have a same size. Other aspects and features are also claimed and described.

Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for signaling a user equipment (UE) to put a sidelink (SL) component carrier (CC) into dormancy or take the SL CC out of dormancy, such as mode 1 or mode 2 sidelink communications. In one example, a method performed by a UE includes receiving an indication to put a first CC into dormancy; and putting an SL CC into a dormant state in response to the indication. In another example, a method includes transmitting an indication that the first UE will put an SL CC into a dormant state; and receiving an acknowledgment (ACK) of the indication.

Abstract: Enhancement of uplink transmissions with survival time or delay sensitive data is discussed. A set of time sensitive resources is preconfigured for one or more user equipment (UEs). A serving base station communicates an identification of the configured time sensitive resources to the UEs. Upon detection of time sensitive data for transmission, a UE may send a time sensitive scheduling request to the base station that indicates the UE will be transmitting time sensitive data on the configured resources. When shared amount multiple UEs, the serving base station may send availability signals to the other UEs when the configured time sensitive resources are being used by another UE and when the configured resources are available again. The UE and the BS may determine that at least one CPU from a CPU pool is occupied by an uplink CSI request from a CSI reference signal (CSI-RS) to at least a CSI request occasion. The UE and the BS may determine a number of occupied CPUs, for example, based on an accumulated or aggregated number of occupied CPUs for multiple CSI operations. The UE may perform a number of CSI operations based on the determined number of occupied CPUs. The BS may configure the UE to perform the number of CSI operations, for example, by transmitting one or more of a configuration, activation, or scheduling message.

In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may determine candidate resources on one or more physical sidelink shared channels (PSSCHs) that are clear for transmitting at least two transport blocks, based at least in part on sensing a plurality of subchannels on the one or more PSSCHs with respect to listen-before-talk completion instants for the at least two transport blocks. The UE may select, from among the candidate resources, transmit resources on the one or more PSSCHs for transmitting the at least two transport blocks such that the at least two transport blocks are transmitted in one of: different subchannels of a same slot, or contiguous slots of a same subchannel.
