Abstract: PURPOSE:To realize a laminated circuit board which is thin, flexible, and excellent in heat resistance, dimensional stability to moisture, and high frequency stability by a method wherein an unstretched sheet whose main component is polyphenylene sulfide and a biaxially orientated polyphenylene sulfide film are used as insulating material. CONSTITUTION:A biaxially orientated polyphenylene sulfide film layer (A layer), an unstretched polyphenylene sulfide sheet (B layer), and an electric circuit (C layer) are laminated without interposing adhesive agent between them to constitute a laminated circuit board. The unstretched polyphenylene sulfide sheet (B layer) denotes a sheet or a film or a board which is formed through such a manner that PPS composition is formed by fusion into a film or a sheet, or a board 700mum or below in thickness and substantially not orientated. The biaxially orientated polyphenylene sulfide film (A layer) is formed through such a manner that resin composition which contains 90% or more by weight of poly-p-phenylene sulfide is formed by fusion into a sheet, and the sheet is biaxially orientated and thermally treated into a film.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To realize a laminated circuit board of high function which is excellent in heat resistance, dimensional stability, high frequency characteristics, flame retardant property, and chemical resistance and can be formed thin-walled and easily molded by a method wherein an unstretched sheet whose main component is poly-p-phenylene sulfide is used as insulator. CONSTITUTION:Two or more unstretched polyphenylene sulfide sheet layers (A layer) and an electric circuit (B layer) are laminated without interposing an adhesive agent between them to constitute a laminated circuit board. The unstretched polyphenylene sulfide sheet denotes a sheet or a film or a board which is formed through such a manner that resin composition whose main component is poly-p-phenylene sulfide is formed by fusion into a film or a sheet, or a board 1mm or below in thickness and substantially not orientated. The resin composition whose main component is poly-p-phenylene sulfide is composition which contains 70% or more by weight of poly-p-phenylene sulfide.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve heat resistance by composing the greater part of polyphenylene sulfide consisting of repeating units through sulfide bonds and making repeating units through sulfone bonds exist only near a surface. CONSTITUTION:The present film is composed of repeating units through sulfide bonds as a whole, but the film has units through sulfone bonds only in the vicinity of a surface. The biaxially oriented polyphenylene sulfide film has a feature in which ten % or more of sulfur atoms in the vicinity of the surface measured through a soft X-ray photoelectron spectroscopic method exist as -SO2- groups and an absorption peak corresponding to -SO2- substantially when the whole film is measured through an infrared spectroscopic method is not displayed. When sulfur atoms less than ten % in sulfur atoms only exist as -SO2- groups, the effect of improvement in heat resistance is not acquired. When the whole film is measured through the infrared spectroscopic method, mechanical strength is lowered when a peak corresponding to the -SO2- group exists.

About 30-70C octadecyl 3-hydroxydecanoate, docosyl 12-hydroxyoctadecanoate, etc., are used as the above-mentioned ester.

SOLUTION: This polyphenylene sulfide nonwoven fabric is characterized in that the polyphenylene sulfide nonwoven fabric is a nonwoven fabric constituted of a fiber composed of a polyphenylene sulfide comprising a repeating unit made of at least >=80 mol% p-phenylene sulfide, the nonwoven fabric forms a network structure having fused points in which fibers are mutually fused and a film extending between fibers is formed in a part of the fused points among the fused points in the network body. This method for producing a polyphenylene sulfide nonwoven fabric is characterized in that an undrawn polyphenylene sulfide nonwoven fabric is obtained by using a polyphenylene sulfide comprising a repeating unit made of at least >=80 mol% p-phenylene sulfide by a melt blowing and the nonwoven fabric is biaxially orientated.
