Abstract:
PURPOSE: To uniformly distribute powder on a substrate, by forming a powder/ gas suspension film having a length extended over the entire width of the substrate while accelerating said film by enclosing the same with the jet stream of auxiliary gas. CONSTITUTION: Gas is uniformly blown into the entire volume of hermetically closed sections 19, 20 from the inlet 13 thereof to form a turblent stream and a powder/gas suspension is passed between the opposed walls of the sections 19, 20 to form a thin film having a length extended over the entire length of a substrate 4. In the next step, the above mentioned suspension film is enclosed by injecting two auxiliary gas streams directed toward the substrate 4 over the entire length thereof and having the same speed as the suspension film and, by converting the walls of the sections 19, 20 containing said suspension film, the suspension film is accelerated to the outlets of the sections 19, 20 toward the direction of the substrate 4. PURPOSE: A spindle cooling device of machine tool is provided to reduce the deformation of a main shaft and the deterioration of accuracy caused by the heat expansion of the main shaft. CONSTITUTION: The spindle cooling device of machine tool comprises a spindle housing(110) coupled to the outer side of a spindle so as to support the rotation and the linear movement of the spindle; a plurality of bearing(120) coupled between the lower side of the spindle and the spindle housing so as to support the rotation of the spindle; a collar part(130) comprised of plural inner collars coupled between the lower side of the spindle and each bearing and plural outer collars coupled between the spindle housing and each bearing for supporting the rotation of the bearings; and an oil jacket(140) mounted between the outer collars and the spindle housing and formed with inlet and outlet ports so as to make a cooling oil to be flown through a passage wound circumferentially.

액체코팅노즐(4, 4a, 124)에는, 길이방향으로 연장하는 내측 액체저장부(43)와 액체저장부(43)의 저부에서 길이방향으로 형성된 다수의 작은 구멍(44)으로 구성된 내측 배출부를 가지는 제1블록(41)과, 제1블록(41)의 외측에서 길이방향으로 연장하는 가스저장부(46)을 형성하는 내측 공간과 내측 공간의 저부에서 길이방향으로 형성되고 또한 다수의 작은 구멍(48)으로 구성되고 또한 작은 구멍(44)으로부터 하방으로 흐르는 선형 또는 커튼형 액체흐름을 외부에서 감싸는 가스흐름을 형성하는 외측배출부를 가지는 제2블록(42)이 제공되어, 코팅의 불균일성의 발생과 액체의 소비를 억제하면서 짧은 시간내에 얇은 코팅막을 형성할 수 있게 된다.

The invention relates to applying a liquid to pasty hot-melt adhesive to a substrate (44), comprising a template (29), having at least one cavity (38) for the hot-melt adhesive, and also comprising an adhesive-transfer infeed (33), which is assigned to the template (29) and through which the adhesive can be introduced into the cavity (38). The special feature consists in that the apparatus (10) further comprises a transporting-fluid-supply opening (35), assigned to the template (29), and a device for displacing (13, 15), in particular pivoting, the template (29) between a first position, in which the cavity (38) is assigned to the adhesive-transfer infeed (33), and a second position, in which the cavity (38) is assigned to the transporting-fluid-supply opening (35), and therefore the adhesive, in the second position, can be discharged from the cavity (38) by a transporting fluid flowing through the transporting-fluid-supply opening (35).
