Abstract: An auto-controlled release type insulin formulation comprises glucose soluble polymer gel matrix in which insulin is inserted. The glucose soluble polymer gel matrix is prepared by reacting a boric acid deriv. polymer with a diol compound as a crosslinking agent. The diol compound is a natural disaccharide, oligosaccharide, alkane disaccharide or alkane bisdihydroxy compound. The boric acid deriv. is N-acrylamido phenyl boric acid, carboxyphenyl boric acid, hydroxy phenyl boric acid, nitro phenyl boric acid, amino nitro phenyl boric acid, ureido phenyl boric acid, ethane boric acid, propare boric acid or 3-methyl-1-butane boric acid.

Abstract: The trans dermal permeating of laminating structure is manufactured. by binding the ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer matrix layer (a) (containg large amt. of vinyl acetate) contg. medicines of fixed concentration as medicines reserving layer, and the ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer metrix layer (b) (containg small amt. of vinyl acetate) as release controlling layer; forming the adhesive layer (d) and the protecting layer (a) thereon.
