    Abstract: The polymer having a repeating unit of formula (I) is prepared by condensation reacting aromatic dihalogen compound (A) of formula (II) and aromatic diol (B) of formula (III) in the presence of alkali metal salt at 140-250 deg.C for 1-12 hr. In formulae, Ar is phenylene, biphenylene, etc., X is chlorine and M is alkali metal, compound (A) is 4-fluoro-4'-(4-fluorobenzoyl phenyloxy)diphenylsulfone and compound (B) is selected from 2,2-bis- (4-hydroxyphenyl)propane, hydroquinone or 4,4'-biphenol. The alkali metal salt is potassium carbonate and its addition amount is 1.0-20 wt.% w.r.t. aromatic diol.

    Abstract: The acrylic acid alkali metal salt resin is prepd. by steps: (A) polymerising acrylic acid and acrylic acid alkali metal salt in presence of crosslinking agent and radical polymerising initiator in alicyclic hydrocarbon org. solvent; (B) after-polymerising the carboxyl gp. of the obtd. polymer with water soluble diglycidyl ether; (C) adding low molecular water soluble polymer selected from polyehylene glycol or hydroxyethyl cellulose. The sametimely crosslinking agent is selected from diacrylate, triacrylate, polyethyleneglycol di(meth)acrylate or alkylenebisacryl amide of polyol having more two polymerisable functional gp..     Abstract: The polylactic acid having high molecular weight at high recovery rate is prepared by polycondensing lactic acid directly. At least tetraol is added to lactic acid and the lactic acid is heated to dehydrate under depressurization without catalyst. So polylactic acid of low molecular weight is obtained. This polylactic acid is heated under depressurization with catalyst to polycondense. Consequently, biodegradable polylactic acid having high molecular weight(30,000 or more) in a star form of molecular structure is prepared. At least 84% of lactic acid is used for raising operation efficiency. After polyol is added to lactic acid, dehydration reaction of lactic acid is performed at 100-150deg. C and 350-30 mmHg for at least 2 hours without catalyst. Polycondensation is carried out with antimony oxide as a catalyst. Polyol is used in amount of 0.01-2 wt.% based on the amount of monomer used polymerization reaction.

    Abstract: The method provides an optical information storage media with reversible information saving function so that we can write, store, erase and rewrite information on the media. The method comprises the steps of: (A) making a thin film by dissolving the liquid crystalline polymer into an organic solvent; (B) heating the solvent to the melting temperature of the crystalline polymer, cooling the solvent below the glass transition temperature, and use the fixed thin film as storage layer; (C) melting the liquid crystalline polymer by irradiation of polarized ultraviolet through a photo mask; (D) storing the information by cooling the polymer.
