Abstract:
The present invention relates to a composition for prevention, alleviation or treatment of Th2-mediated immune diseases comprising a Rosa multiflora fruit extract as an active ingredient. According to the present invention, the Rosa multiflora fruit extract has activities to reduce the passage of allergens through intestinal epithelial cells, the generation of IL-4 and the degranulation of mast cells and thus can prevent, alleviate or treat the Th2-mediated immune diseases.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to an anti-allergic composition which comprises Bacillus amyloliquefaciens 140N strains (accession number KCCM 11286P) or a fermented soybean substance using Bacillus amyloliquefaciens 140N strains (accession number KCCM 11286P) as an active ingredient. The Bacillus amyloliquefaciens 140N strains (accession number KCCM 11286P) or the fermented soybean substance using Bacillus amyloliquefaciens 140N strains (accession number KCCM 11286P) of the present invention is excellent for promoting Th1 cellular response and inhibiting Th2 cellular response, thereby can adjust balance of Th1/Th2 immune response.
