Abstract:
본 발명은 가교된 폴리비닐알콜계 신규 고분자막 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 종래 고분자 소재를 가교 결합시킨 형태의 고분자막에 있어, 제 1 성분으로 할로겐기 또는 토실기의 관능기 및 이중결합을 동시에 함유한 화합물과, 제 2 성분으로 할로겐 혹은 토실기 및 전해질 기능을 부여하는 관능기를 동시에 함유한 화합물을 폴리비닐알콜계 고분자의 하이드록시기에 에테르 반응하여 이중결합 및 상기 관능기를 도입한 후, 자외선 또는 전자빔 등의 광을 조사하거나 열을 가해 가교시키면 이중결합간에 공유결합의 형성으로 내화학성, 내구성 등의 기계적 물성이 월등히 향상된 신규한 가교된 폴리비닐알콜계 고분자막 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.

본 발명은 표면 코팅용 불소계 양성 고분자 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 친수성기를 갖는 탄화수소화합물의 주쇄에, 과불소 알킬화합물과 불포화 탄화수소화합물을 공중합한 거대단량체가 측쇄부로 도입된 구조를 형성하여, 극소수성과 극친수성의 양성을 갖게 되어 자기유화가 가능하고, 또한 별도의 유화제 없이 방오, 발수·발유에 탁월한 성능을 보여 도료산업, 접착제산업, 섬유산업, 정밀화학산업, 생물·생화학산업, 전기전자산업, 자동차산업 및 금속산업 등의 각종 산업에서 다양한 용도로 활용 가능한 표면 코팅용 불소계 양성 고분자 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
Abstract:
An ultra water repellent in/organic composite particles and preparation method thereof are provided to improve the chemical stability and thermal durability owing to its high water contact angle and low surface free energy, and to produce various particle sizes ranged from a nanometer to micrometer scale, while giving improved water repellency through a simple treatment process with a small amount of use, thereby having an application of a preventing finger print or reflection on a display screen, and of water proof/antifouling paint. The ultra water repellent in/organic composite particles comprise a polymer containing a perfluoroalkyl group which is fixed to the surface of inorganic particles by means of an azo type chlorosilane, so as to form an organic shell. The preparation method of the ultra water repellent in/organic composite particles comprises: immobilizing an azo type chlorosilane to the surface of inorganic particles through a chemical reaction between hydroxyl groups on the surface of the inorganic particles and an azo type chlorosilane initiator; carrying out grafting-from polymerization with monomers containing a perfluoroalkyl group so as to fix the compound having a perfluoroalkyl group onto the surface of the inorganic core and to form an organic shell.

PURPOSE: A perfluorourethane copolymer and an anti-fouling film using the copolymer are provided, to enhance water repelling property, oil repelling property, anti-fouling property and non-adhesive property by improving the hydrophobicity of the surface of a film. CONSTITUTION: The perfluorourethane copolymer is obtained by copolymerizing a perfluoroalkyl alcohol represented by CF3(CF2)nCH2CH2OH and an isocyanate co-monomer, wherein n is 5, 7, 9 or 11. Preferably the isocyanate co-monomer is selected from the group consisting of toluene 2,4-diisocyanate, 4,4-methylene bis(phenyl isocyanate) and 1,6-diisocyanatohexane; and the molar ratio of the isocyanate co-monomer to 1 mole of the perfluoroalkyl alcohol is 1-2. Preferably the perfluorourethane copolymer has an average molecular weight of 1,200-1,400.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A method for preparing dichloroiodoperfluorobutane by using a low temperature radical initiator is provided, to improve the stability of process, to reduce the cost of apparatus and to enhance conversion rate and yield. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the step of mixing dichloroiodoperfluoroethane and tetrafluoroethylene with a low temperature radical initiator to prepare dichloroiodoperfluorobutane by telomerization, wherein the radical initiator has a half life of 1-15 hours at a temperature of -1- deg.C or less and the telomerization is carried out at a temperature of 35-80 deg.C and a pressure of 7-10 atom. Preferably the low temperature radical initiator is selected from the group consisting of diisopropyl peroxydicarbonate, t-butyl peroxypivalate and t-butyl peroxy-2-ethylhexanoate.

The present invention relates to preparation of fluorinated core-shell particles with water and oil repellency, and more particularly, to preparation of emulsion-type coating material with good water and oil repellency using only small amount of expensive fluorinated monomers, which comprise a shell wherein a large amount of hydrophobic fluorinated monomers are included and a core wherein no fluorinated monomers are included.

본발명은짧은불화알킬기를가지는하이브리드형폴리비닐리덴플루오라이드나노입자제조용계면활성제, 이를이용한폴리비닐리덴플루오라이드나노입자의제조방법및 이에따라제조되는폴리비닐리덴플루오라이드나노입자에관한것이다. 본발명에따른짧은불화알킬기를가지는하이브리드형폴리비닐리덴플루오라이드나노입자제조용계면활성제를사용한폴리비닐리덴플루오라이드나노입자의제조방법을통하여우수한열적특성을나타내되, 다양한분자량및 입자직경을가지는나노입자를제조할수 있으므로, 목적하는물성이충족되는폴리비닐리덴플루오라이드나노입자를제조하는데유용하게사용될수 있고, 본발명에따른짧은불화알킬기를가지는하이브리드형폴리비닐리덴플루오라이드나노입자제조용계면활성제는짧은불화기를가져불소함유량이적으므로인체축적및 독성도가낮고, 친환경적이며, 경제적일뿐만아니라, 목적하는물성이충족되는폴리비닐리덴플루오라이드나노입자를제조할수 있고, 비치환알킬기의길이에따라, 생성되는 PVDF 나노입자의분자량을조절할수 있으므로, APFO와같은종래 PVDF의제조에사용되던옥타노에이트계열계면활성제를대체하는계면활성제로유용하게사용될수 있다.
