Abstract:
PURPOSE: A bonding method of different kind polymers is provided to be able to provide a different kind polymer composite with an excellent mechanical strength and flexural modulus by facilitating bonding between a base matrix polymer and a filler polymer, which are different kind polymers, with carbon nanotubes. CONSTITUTION: A bonding method of different kind polymers using carbon nanotubes comprises a step of dispersing carbon nanotubes in a filler polymer; a step of manufacturing a carbon nanotube-filler polymer composite by extruding the dispersed carbon nanotube-filler polymer; and a step of melt-mixing the carbon nanotube-filler polymer composite and a base matrix polymer and manufacturing different kind polymer bonded composite by extruding the melted mixture. In the melt-mixing, the bonding between the base matrix polymer and the filler polymer which are two different kind polymers are accomplished by carbon nanotubes dispersed in the filler polymer being immersed in the base matrix polymer. PURPOSE: A complex particle of phase change material and conductive filler is provided to simultaneously satisfy heat control and heat transfer properties by using conductive filler. CONSTITUTION: A complex particle of phase change material and conductive filler has a structure that a conductive filler is coated with a shell component to the core of a phase change material. A manufacturing method of the phase change material and conductive filler composite powder comprises a step of obtaining microparticle by liquefying the phase change material and spraying the phase change material in water; and a step of mixing the phase change material in a buffer solution, with the conductive filler, and coating the phase change material core with the conductive filler shell component.

PURPOSE: A resin composition is provided to improve electric conductivity and thermal conductivity and to have excellent mechanical properties. CONSTITUTION: A resin composition comprises 100.0 parts by weight of two or more kinds of non-compatible resin mixtures with a difference of solubility constants; 0.01-30 parts by weight of an electric conductive and/or thermoconductive material. The resin is a mixture of two more selected from polystyrene, polyacrylonitrile, nylon, polycarbonate, polypropylene, polyethylene, and polymethylmethacrylate. The difference of the solubility constants of the selected resins is 2-4.

PURPOSE: A composite material for a battery case is provided to prevent the degradation of mechanical properties and to improve heat conductivity of existing heat-radiant materials by inserting a knit which is not filled with a filler through laminating. CONSTITUTION: A composite material for a battery case comprises a structure a polymer based heat-radiant layer(10) and a knit layer(11) are alternately arranged and integrated, and radiates heat generated from a heat source through the heat-radiant layer. The heat-radiant layer filled with a heat-radiant filer(12). The knit layer is not filled with the heat-radiant filler. The heat-radiant filler is arranged in a thickness direction and transfers heat in a through-plane direction. The heat-radiant filler and knit layer can be applied to the battery case which is for fixing a pouch type battery or a housing for coupling the battery case.
