Abstract:
PURPOSE: A thermoplastic resin composition for a plastic sheet, its preparation method and a plastic sheet prepared by using the composition are provided, to improve the working range in rolling and the vacuum molding. CONSTITUTION: The composition comprises 15-80 wt% of a highly crosslinked polypropylene-based resin; 3-30 wt% of a partially crosslinked polypropylene-based resin; 3-30 wt% of a reactive polypropylene resin; 1-20 wt% of a highly crosslinked thermoplastic olefin resin; 1-30 wt% of a polypropylene homopolymer resin; 1-30 wt% of a branched polypropylene resin; and 3-50 wt% of a linear low density polyethylene resin. Preferably the partially crosslinked polypropylene-based resin is a copolymer of ethylene and propylene and has a melting index of 0.1-2 g/10 min (230 deg.C, 2,160 g); the branched polypropylene resin is a high melt strength polypropylene resin and has a melting index of 1 g/10 min (230 deg.C, 2,160 g); and the linear low density polyethylene is a copolymer or ethylene and a co-monomer and has a melting index of 1 g/10 min (230 deg.C, 2,160 g).

PURPOSE: Provided is a thermoplastic resin composition excellent in extrusion and calender processability, which can be used for the surface material of interior parts of cars. CONSTITUTION: The thermoplastic resin composition contains: 100pts.wt. of a base composition comprising 5-45wt% of a polypropylene resin, 5-80wt% of an olefin-based copolymer rubber, 5-30wt% of a processing oil, and 1-30wt% of a low density polyethylene resin, a high density polyethylene resin, or a mixture thereof, wherein the polypropylene resin is an atactic polymer produced from a block or random copolymer of propylene and an alpha-olefin monomer; 0.01-5pts.wt. of an organic peroxide-based crosslinking agent; 0.01-5pts.wt. of a crosslinking aid; and 0.5-5pts.wt. of polytetrafluoroethylene.

본 발명은 표면 질감이 구현되는 수압 전사 방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 패턴 무늬가 인쇄된 수압 전사 필름을 이용하여 상기 패턴 무늬를 피전사체에 전사하는 수압 전사 방법에 있어서, 상기 피전사체의 표면에 엠보가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하며 자동차의 내외장재 등에 적용되며 터치감을 증대시키기 위해 표면 질감이 구현되는 수압 전사 방법에 관한 것이다.

PURPOSE: A flexible polyurethane foam composition is provided to ensure moldability identical to the foam for existing automobile seats and to maintain continued antibacterial activity through chemical reaction between an isocyan group and a hydroxy group of modified cardanol or modified cardanol derivatives. CONSTITUTION: A flexible polyurethane foam composition with excellent antimicrobial durability comprises a resin premix and isocyanate. The resin premix comprises: 100 parts by weight of a polyol mixture containing 50~95 weight% of polyether polyol and 5~50 weight% of graft polymer polyol; 0.1~1 parts by weight of single or two or more antimicrobial agents selected from alkoxylated modified cardanol and modified cardanol derivatives; 0.3~1.5 parts by weight of amine-based catalyst; 0.3~3 parts by weight of surfactants; and 2~5 parts by weight of blowing agents.

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing the interior components of a vehicle is provided to reduce manufacturing time and costs by arranging devices for manufacturing a base layer, a cushion layer, and a surface layer in a process. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing the interior components of a vehicle is as follows. A lower mold(100) and a first upper mold(110) are coupled. A base layer(200) is formed by injecting a compounded material to the lower mold and the first upper mold. The first upper mold is separated from the base layer attached on the lower mold. A second upper mold(120) is coupled to the lower mold. A composite surface layer(300) is formed on the outer surface of the base layer by injecting a polyurethane material to the second upper mold and the lower mold. The composite surface layer is formed by integrating a cushion layer and a surface layer.

PURPOSE: A sound absorption material using modified cross-section fiber and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce NVH(Noise, Vibration, Harshness) by lessening sound wave flowing in a vehicle interior from the outside of the vehicle through a matrix structure of modified cross-section fiber. CONSTITUTION: A sound absorption material comprises modified cross-section fiber 50~70wt.% and binding agent 30~50wt.%. The modified cross-section fiber forms a matrix structure. The binding agent forms the binding structure between the modified cross-section fibers. The modified cross-section fiber has shapes of a star, a square, W, and a cross. The modified cross-section fiber has the length of 50~60 mm.

A water-dispersible polyurethane resin is provided to ensure low anion content and high particle stability, to perform water dispersion of solid portion, and to be various industrial uses such as paint adhesive, fiber-treating agent and primer. A method for manufacturing a water-dispersible polyurethane resin comprises the steps of: reacting a chain extender and a diisocyanate compound in a weight ratio of 1 : 2.5~3 to manufacture isocyanate-terminated hard segments; reacting the hard segments 100.0 parts by weight, polyol 295~310 parts by weight and diisocyanate compound 65~80 parts by weight to manufacture a hydroxyl group-terminated prepolymer I containing soft segments; reacting the prepolymer I 100.0 parts by weight, diol 2~3 parts by weight having a carboxyl group and a diisocyanate compound 2~4 parts by weight to manufacture a prepolymer II; and preparing the water-dispersible polyurethane resin by water-dispersing the prepolymer II.
